- Dublin - Choose from one of two convenient central Dublin collection points (see booking calendar). We’ll soon be on our way and enjoy a picturesque drive across the green farmland of Ireland to bohemian Galway.
- Galway - All going smoothly, we expect to reach Galway city by 09:30 approx. You’ll enjoy approximately 2.5 hours in Galway. There’s lots to see and do, but the city is quite compact. Take a stroll through the JFK Memorial Park at Eyre Square, enjoy an ice cream on the Salthill Promenade or pick up local specialities such as Claddagh Rings (Thomas Dillon on Quay Street) & Aran Sweaters (O’Maille’s on High Street). Those who wish to sit back and people watch can relax over a pot of tea and scones at Cupan Tae (8 Quay Lane), a quaint Irish tea shop. For those of you who have had a late one in Temple Bar, these guys also do a mean Full Irish Breakfast including sausages, bacon, eggs, fried potatoes, tomatoes and soda bread with Kerrygold butter
- The Burren - Sit back and relax as we drive the short distance from Galway to Lisdoonvara along the Burren coastal route. Take in amazing vistas of the limestone countryside as we pass through ancient parishes such as Clarinbridge, Kilcolgan, Kinvarra and Ballyvaughan.
- Liscannor - Enjoy approximately 1 hour for lunch in the tiny Co. Clare village of Liscannor. Delicious local food and drink options await.
- Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre - We arrive at the world famous Cliffs of Moher (approx 16:30), one of the world’s great natural attractions where you can enjoy a relaxed walk and breathtaking views. The Cliffs of Moher are 66% as tall as New York’s Empire State and stretch for almost 10km. Forming part of the edge of Western Europe, this landscape really is a “must see” on a visit to Ireland. You’ll enjoy 1.5 hours at the Cliffs of Moher, which is just the right amount of time according to the 90,000 passengers who travel with us annually! Your entrance fee (EUR 8.00) is included in the price of this tour.
- Dublin - We’ll depart the Cliffs of Moher at 16:00 approx and make our way back to Dublin city. There will be a short stop in Birdhill, Co. Tipperary for a refreshment and restroom break. All going well, we expect to have you back in Dublin for approximately 20:00 in time for late dinner seatings and relaxation (tour finishes in the O’Connell Street / Temple Bar area).

Awesome day visiting Galway and the Cliffs of Moher and everything in between !! - Fabulous Day Trip experiencing the amazing Cliffs of Moher and Galway and beautiful countryside in between. We were blessed with warm sunshine and a truely wonderful tour guide Richard O'Brien. Richard filled our bus time with many really interesting stories and Irish info and went out of his way to manage our travel time well with fitting in a couple of extra short stops like Dunguaire and Bunratty Castles. Lunch at the Frantic Chef Restaurant was delicious. Thank you Richard for all your extra efforts ... not easy getting everyone back to the bus on time!... but you managed it !! and the rewards were much appreciated.

Brilliant day at Moher Cliffs - The tour was amazing and so was our driver Jay Jay. Every year I take a trip around the date of my husbands death. This year I scattered some of my husbands ashes on the cliffs of Moher. How beautiful it was. A scentimental day that I will never forget. I have to brag on our tour operator. What a great personality he had and so knowledgeable! Thanks again for a brilliant experience!

Gerry Rocks!!!!! - We had the most wonderful day visiting the Cliffs of Moher. Our driver Gerry made the trip so enjoyable. He entertained us with stories and history of several high points along the way to and from the cliffs. We were fortunate that it was only raining lightly when we arrived, but it poured rain just as we were leaving. Gerry rates a 10/10…

Fabulous tour, guide and driver! - The tour to Galway and the Cliffs of Moher was fabulous. Our driver Shay made the day particularly enjoyable, a very experienced driver with lots of great stories and a very kind demeanour! Shay was the best tour guide driver we had while in Ireland!

Fabulous tour - Thank you for a fabulous private tour to the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and Galway! We were a large group of 32 comprised of adults with various special needs and their chaperones. Our guide Michael and our driver Andre were funny, kind and well-informed about the areas visited. Michael is an engaging and knowledgeable guide and Andre is a highly skilled and safety conscious bus driver. They took very good care of our group. I greatly appreciate the friendly, accommodating staff of Paddywagon Tours. Excellent customer service from the first contact inquiring about a tour for my group, ease of booking the tour, communication in Dublin, and the tour itself. Many, many thanks!

Unacceptable Driver Disrespect and Unprofessionalism - Please be advised that I was recommended to your company by a few friends that hat have been here several times. I went on the tour today to Cliffs of Moher. I’m extremely disappointed in a couple of things.
The driver, JJ.
he asked our entire tour group if anyone had any complaints to let him know as he dropped us off at Galway. i took a picture of the tray of the seat i was in to send to you. If he wouldn’t have asked, i wouldn’t have told him. As I Walked off the bus, i let him know about the dirty tray and said it was dirty and gross. (see attached). When we came back he said he couldn’t find it so we showed him. he said he could barely tell and have us a baby wipe to clean it.He asked again what we said when we walked out and made a big deal of it. And i told him we care about cleanliness. He proceeded to say Oh my God, and really? And some other choice words as to make fun of it. I told him I took a picture to send you) and that seemed to upset him. He then went to the front of the bus after everyone walked in and announced on the microphone… that we are “special” to give complaints of such things, after he had originally asked for complaints! That we are “lucky” to be on this luxurious bus that has spacious seats and treats because the “regular” paddy wagon buses are basic and do not have this. Still on the microphone statin that we did NOT pay 500 eu for such service for him to clean it and “you know where you can put that!” (on the microphone!) I have been traveling for an extremely long time and have NEVER experienced such disrespect and unprofessionalism. The way he handled this situation was uncalled for! Unprofessional, embarrassing to your company and paying clients, and irrevocably UNACCEPTABLE!!! How dare he say such things to me on a microphone for the whole bus to hear or to me alone period! In addition, he was telling the entire bus tour stories about his orphanage and how he was a troublemaker, eventually talking about alcoholism, and other things that no one on the bus was interested in hearing. He also continuously kept asking for todd, cash, electronically, etc. If he is worth the top, he shouldn’t have to ask for it. What kind of people do you hire?
2. The tray was dirty. these buses should be cleaned after every tour. I understand that it is not your company’s fault that they get dirty, but should definitely be cleaned, especially after covid. I can guarantee that you would not to put anything on this tray.
3. There was a long beeping noise for hours of this tour bus. He stopped to follow instructions from another one of your employees which extended our drive home and extended the entire tour by an hour. It turned out to be the air conditioner and that was figured out by one of the women on our bus. Do you not test these things on your buses?
4. Your company should have sent an email to the people who purchased the tickets that your restaurant does not take credit cards, cash only, PRIOR to the tour to have been prepared.

Bad experience with Paddywagon. - 24 Sept Bad experience with Paddywagon. Boarded from Dublin were neat on time.
The driver was in a hurry, people came running up and he fortunately did take them. At the first stop in Kinnegad Plaza the driver left us behind maybe we were at the wrong exit or he was in a hurry again. On the booking we had made online there is no phone number or contact so the manager and the staff of the restaurant made every effort to reach them too late of course, unheard of that you can not reach anyone on such a tour if something goes wrong. You're just in the middle of nowhere. The manager felt sorry for us has looked up the bus line to Dublin and brought us to the bus in the town of Top! what a guy otherwise we were really standing there watching. We have travelled halfway around the world but this is very strange you don't expect that so be careful with Paddywagon.

I would like some type of compensation for JJ’s disrespect and unprofessionalism, the inconvenience of the noise on the bus and the prolonged tour. The entire group should get one. I will be writing my reviews to yelp, and any companies that sell Paddy Wagon Tour tickets.
Kind regards
