Great day with Eamon and my young adults - We had a great time getting to know Dublin with Eamon! It's one thing to read about history and quite another to stand by pillars with chunks knocked out while someone points to the spot in the river from where boats were blasting at them! In addition to history nerdery, we learned about the habits and traditions of Trinity students, the status of seagulls (I would never have guessed they're struggling based on their cheekiness), and where to find traditional music. I would definitely recommend a tour with Eamon.

Walking tour of Dublin - Our walking tour was fantastic! Our guide, David was terrific. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. Truly the highlight of our trip to Dublin. David was kind to slow his pace for our two walking challenged. Look o further and try to get David before he gets too busy

Perfect Guide - What a solid tour Eamon provided our family. He volunteered to meet us at our location to kick off a super informative tour. He was friendly, engaging and entertaining. Showed us some hidden gems indeed and gave us a great feel for life in Dublin. The next day we went back to some of the places he showed us. Great recommendations on the list he provided us as well. I’d send anyone you know that is booking a tour to Eamon.

An engrossing introduction to Dublin and its history - We touched down in Dublin just before lunchtime after 29 hours of travel from Sydney, and our recipe for avoiding jet lag is to stay awake until at least the early evening. We usually achieve this with some brisk walking around our destination, which also helps us get our bearings. Since our time in Ireland was not quite as long as we’d liked, we decided to kill two (or is it three?) birds with the one stone by taking a guided walking tour on that first afternoon. We chose David from the list of guide profiles as he seemed the best fit for us, and we couldn’t have been happier. David has an encyclopaedic knowledge of Irish history in general and Dublin’s history in particular, which he drew upon (along with songs and anecdotes tailored to our interests) to weave a fascinating story over several hours that went well beyond anything we could have gleaned from our own research. All of this and a solid introduction to the layout of Dublin - and enough walking to keep us awake until a reasonable time!

Great tour with knowledgeable guide - Mydie is an excellent guide and took great pride in showing us her city and telling us of its history. The tour was well paced and we went to interesting locations important to Irish history. Mydie provided a great commentary and gave us insights into places to go to further our Irish experience such as good pubs with Irish music. We recommend this tour

Great way to start! - As soon as we flew into Ireland we dropped off our luggage and met David at our hotel. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was also kind. That's a great combination for me! We got a great overview of Dublin and suggestions for next steps in order to enhance our understanding and enjoyment of the Emerald Isle. Thank you, David!
