Brilliant intro to the history of Dublin - Fascinating and informative tour. Really well delivered by our guide, Daragh. Definitely worth a couple of hours of anyone’s time.

An engaging history of Dublin and Ireland. - Interesting and engaging talk. I was very impressed by the way a huge subject, Dublin in the context of Irish history, was condensed and articulated. Our guide Tommy made the experience informative and enjoyable employing his skills as a seanchai and historian to excellent effect. I highly recommend this tour.

Great History Lesson! - This tour is super informative about the history of Dublin/Ireland. If you are looking for a 'sightseeing tour', this is not it! Take the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour for that. On the historical walking tour, you will be in a small area that contains Trinity College, Christ Church, Dublin Castle, and a few others. You cover a relatively small piece of Dublin, but the history lesson you'll receive is amazing.

Highly informative historical tour. - The visits to historic sites are accompanied by narratives from many different parts of Irish history, from the Vikings to the Troubles. For those just getting to know Ireland, the two hours are very well spent.

Highly recommended. - I couldn’t recommend it enough. Our guide Darragh obviously loves history and his home city. We learned a lot and laughed a lot too. He didn’t rush it at all and it needed up about 2 1/2 hours of a great introduction to Dublin.
