Wonderful Titanic Museum - We had a full day trip from Dublin to Belfast and the Titanic Museum. Our Paddy Wagon bus was very comfortable and our driver Aaron was great! He gave us so much information and history about Northern Ireland. We learned so much. We decided to add on the “Black Taxi” option, but not sure we would recommend that portion. It was more of a “walking tour” than expected, although we did get lots of information from it. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Dominic was an excellent tour guide - Just seeing how humans treat each other was worth it seeing the Protestant side of the city WALLED OFF from the Catholic side of the city (2024??!!). The titanic exhibit was excellent and our tour guide Dominic was wonderful. Ask for him if you can. He also took us by a Celtic grave yard which I think was the best part of our tour.

A great day out from start to finish - The day was very enjoyable from start to finish. Lovely clean coach. A little more time at Titanic museum would have been good which could have been offset by missing out monaster boice earlier in the day. More promotion of the vessel Nomadic would have been good as visiting this was as good as the museum itself! Alex the driver/guide was excellent. We also liked being dropped off at the same place as we were picked up, ie Paddywagon offices. Some other coach operators just drop everyone off in one place by the river and then we’re left to work out how to get back to our hotels! Definitely recommend Paddywagon to anyone. EXCELLENT!

Titanic tour - We had a great tour, needed more time at titanic expedition. It would have been nice to know we needed cash for the Black Cab tour. Which was very good.

Black Cab Tour - The black cab tour was probably the best part of the tour experience. The monastery / graveyard visit could be entirely skipped to reduce the total time of the experience.

Unfavorable review of Belfast Day Tour from Dublin. - Paddywagon Tours sent you a message: Hello John, Thank you for touring with us yesterday! Would you recommend Belfast (including Titanic Experience) Tour from Dublin? No, would not recommend. Excellent Good Average Poor - Booked this excursion before we left home. Driver did not go to Titanic Experience first as outlined on the website. Went directly to black taxi tour first. After Titanic, had to take guests to hotel in Belfast. Driver was lost for 1 ½ hours driving in circles around Belfast. One of the guests finally showed driver where to go. Tour ending up being longer than expected – you need to have drivers who know where they are going. Combining day excursions with 3, 6 day and backpacking drop-off was not expected. Was not expected and added to the time required for the day. Arrived back in Dublin much later than expected. Will definitely not recommend this tour or company to any friends who are traveling to Ireland. When and if return, will not schedule anything with this company. Very Poor – Actually should be considered very poor if not for the Titanic Experience itself. However, could have more easily accessed without tour group. Would not use this company again. - Booked a small bus tour through Paddywagon, which was supplied by elegant tours, was supposed to be to the Giant causeway and then a choice of the Titanic Museum or Black cab tours of Belfast. The coach and driver were fine, but not really a tour, we might as well have got a cab.No information on route at all. Nothing was pointed out about the filming of Game of Thrones locations as described in the itinerary. We were then told that our tickets didn't cover entry to the Titanic museum and the Black cab tours were fully booked because of a cruise ship in, do we couldn't do that either. We strongly explained to the driver that we all had emails stating that these were included, and she phoned the head office back up. They eventually managed to get us booked in the museum but quite late. I don't know if Paddywaggon was just trying it on as we were only a group of 8 or just incompetent. Either way, I would not book through this company again. I actually felt sorry for the driver who was quite new to the company and dropped in the deep end. She did do a lot of driving , was very pleasant, and dropped us back to our hotel.

Disgusting Tour Guide Comments - When on holiday you expect to have information from the driver that’s fun, informative and interesting, which in part, it was. That is, until we got close to Belfast when he went into graphic detail about the past troubles talking passionately about innocent 17 year olds being shot in the back at close range asking how we would feel if it were our children. Then on the way back he returned to the troubles that have happened in the past and went into more graphic detail about how the prisoners were spreading their own faeces on the walls and ceilings and what they did with their urine. It was disgusting, upsetting and vile and totally inappropriate for holiday makers looking for a good time. Although we come from NZ we understand the passion and harsh past but we don’t want to hear this whilst on holiday and in front of children on the coach. Very poor judgment and would never use them again.
