- Roundwood - As we make our way from The Dublin Mountains into the Wicklow Mountains you will take in some of Ireland’s most spectacular scenery & enjoy a visit to a local pub in the village of Roundwood set in the heart of The Garden of Ireland.
- Wicklow Mountains National Park - Wicklow is know as “The Garden of Ireland” and you will understand why after spending the day leisurely traveling through the beautiful Dublin & Wicklow Mountains from pub to pub.
- Glenmalure Lodge - Spend a day to remember traveling from pub to pub in the spectacular Dublin & Wicklow Mountains.
Enjoy a pint or 2 in the smaller local pubs in the beautiful Irish countryside, where you will have plenty of time to mingle with the other guests on the tour & of course the friendly locals.

Better book this one... - If you're the type of person who enjoys off-the-beaten-path experiences and the charm of small-town pubs then Rural Pub Tours is an absolute must on your visit to Dublin! And if you’re lucky enough to have Shane as your guide, you’re in for an extra-special treat!
Shane has a way of making everyone feel like you're a long time pal, he's best at cracking jokes, and sharing fascinating little tidbits about the history of the area and keeping things related to the tour. This is our second time doing the tour and Shane once again, did not disappoint. On our next visit back to Ireland, we plan to book the 9-hour tour and will request Shane again!! Thank you, Shane for another great memory!!

Fun evening - Shane provided us with a fun and informative evening. The pubs were fun and a nice variety. We were taught some traditional Irish songs and were able to practice at the Blue Light. Dinner was outstanding. Shane was fabulous!

A Dublin Must - Amazing time with amazing views, and Shane has everyone feeling like family by the end of the tour. The pubs he takes you to are the exact small Irish pubs you would imagine when thinking of Ireland. Would absolutely recommend this tour whether you live in Dublin or are just visiting. Thank you for an awesome time!

Put it on the top of your list!! - Must do!! I was honestly sad to say goodbye to the Amazing Shane at the end of the night and all our tour mates! I got teary eyed! We made fast friends, loved all the pubs, dinner was delish and the music at the end was a perfect way to end the amazing day!! Thanks for the wonderful experience Shane!

Best thing we did while in Dublin! - What an absolutely wonderful day/evening! My husband and I booked this tour to get out of Dublin a bit and get to see a few of the rural pubs in the area. We were not disappointed! Every single person we met along the way was so warm and friendly (as is the way in Ireland) and we loved the group we took the tour with (9 in total). We all chatted amongst ourselves and with Shane (it's his business and he runs the tours) and by the end of the evening it was hugs all around and a final beer for a few of us at a Dublin pub. I highly recommend this tour - worth every penny and then some!!

Fantastic tour. - We travelled as a group of six and had a fantastic time. Shane our driver/guide was brilliant, kept us all entertained during the trip and we enjoyed the sing along to some great Irish songs. The six pubs we visited all had their own unique character and it was great to mix with the locals. On our tour we were a mixture of UK (our group), American and Canadian and we all got on great. We would highly recommend this excellent tour.

Wonderful Pub Tour! - Shane was a wonderful tour guide. He took our tour group to so many fantastic pubs in the countryside & shared such wonderful stories & really took us to some memorable pubs & was highly effective and efficient in making sure our tour group had a lovely and delicious dining experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in visiting the lovely countryside around Dublin & experiencing the fantastic beers that Irish has to offer!

Top class tour out into the Wicklow hills from Dublin - One of the best tours you will go on, an absolute MUST. Everything about the tour was class, the guide, pubs, scenery, fun etc. Top marks to guide Shane who will make you totally welcome and can talk for ireland. He made the trip. We absolutely loved it

Don’t miss this one! - Absolutely wonderful!! I can’t say enough good things about this tour. We were a little afraid that nine hours would seem like a long time but we would have happily continued at the end. Shane is among the best tour guides we’ve ever had and we do a lot of tours. Don’t miss this one!
