Luxury Visit and Very Good Guide - The best I've done with Irish Tours. Everything in time and order, very good explanations, the smaller coach and that improved the sight of the indications, correct times in the places, etc. Also, Xavi was very friendly and made the trip very enjoyable. I'd put a 5/5.

Landscapes and history of Northern Ireland - It was a tour of several hours but it was worth it to see the landscape that the Giant's Causeway offers and visit the city of Belfast for all the history it contains. Anabel was our guide and with her explanations and friendliness she made it happen. Thank you Anabel.

Very good Guide, the rest regular - The Guide, Javier, was very good, knew a lot and his explanations were very enjoyable. But I don’t put a higher note because I don’t think it’s very suitable that the Guide is also the driver in the first place. And secondly because the excursion did not include the entrance to the Causeway Visitor Center. The Paddywagon excursion, being 10€ cheaper if it includes it, and also adds the visit to Dark Hedges. Too bad there isn't every day and that's why we had to take this one.

It's not a tour. It's practically just transportation - They sold it to me as a guided tour. There is nothing guided about it. The driver who is supposed to be a guide. He just keeps talking in the truck that he knows everything. The legend of the giant's causeway took it out of his sleeve. When you get off the bus he doesn't accompany you to give you the tour. He stays in the truck. The tour is too strict. He has the rules for everything

I do not recommend hiking with Ireland in Spanish - It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend doing this excursion with Ireland in Spanish. The guide was unprofessional, laughing at the story of Ireland, telling stories as if for teenagers who were touring a country after a night out. We had a misunderstanding with the schedule on the Giant's Causeway, and he abandoned us, knowing from other passengers that we were going to get to an hour (13:30), and left for Belfast at 13:20. It was a misunderstanding, and he laughed at it, I think he was even amused by the situation. We were lucky to be able to get back to BELFAST on time, thanks to an employee of the Causeway Visitor Center, who took the job of giving us precise directions to achieve it, we had to take a local bus and then a train, but it is not for anyone to get back from the Giant's Causeway, when you do not have it planned, because it is a place that is little connected with public transport. Taxis aren't coming because of what we're told. The company’s subsequent responses were also not adequate, so be careful, they do not have empathy, they do not appear to be professionals in tourism, a pity.

HORRIBLE!!!! - The tour is not worth what it offers, it is a mere tour and in Belfast does not give the time for anything. It goes not with guide but with driver, without information and a lot of carelessness!!! We will never put our security in your hands again!!! DO NOT GO WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!!!!

Fatal - We booked a tour in Spanish and the day before they canceled it. We had to take the tour in Italian. The guide, more than a guide, was a driver, he did not explain anything, he did not inform you and he did not accompany you, he left you to your fate. He continually stopped to smoke. I don't create a group atmosphere.

Civitatis and Belfast - Very small and uncomfortable bus. Guide driver with very basic explanations Castle seen in the distance Giants Causeway without any information about the natural environment or option to hire a guide from the interpretation center Belfast passes by the Troubles neighborhood without the possibility of seeing or photographing the murals You do not visit the Titanic Museum In short, it is a totally wasted bus trip.
