Exceptional distillery with great whisky - An unique tour in which we learned a lot about the history of the church and the cemetery, as well as how the church came to be a distillery, including a detailed explanation of how the whisky is made. The church with its copper still pots and stained glass windows - in keeping with its history - was very impressive. The final tasting in the church was the grand finale - it wasn't easy; in the end we decided on the Ha'penny.

Stunning distillery in The Liberties. - A setting that changes from the more “touristy” distillery visits. The place has a real history that the young guide explains perfectly. The tasting is also nice. I recommend it for those who want to get off the beaten track and take a more intimate visit and discover whiskeys from a brand that is not widely distributed in France.
