Howth, the captivating fishing village is a sought-after spot for Dublin’s day-visitors, reachable by vehicle, railway and ferryboat. On this journey, we offer the discretion to pick your desired mode of transport, customising the tour to suit your preferences and pursuits.

  • Please note that the mode of transport depends on the selected option. The 4,5-hour option includes an estimated 1,5-hour round-trip transfer by private vehicle. The 6-hour tour includes one-way transfer by ferry and return by rail (tickets included).
  • 4,5-hour option: we will arrange a standard car (sedan) for 1-4 people, and a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. You can book a 5-people tour for a larger vehicle.
  • 6-hour option: the cruise will depart from Sir John Rogerson’s Quay (next to the Admiral Brown Statue), Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. Please arrive on time, as you may not be allowed to board the ferry if you are late.
  • Please bring your own snacks and drinks and wear comfortable shoes for hiking.
  • For the best experience, we will limit the group size to 25 guests per guide, so that everyone can get personal attention, ask questions and hear commentary clearly. The price will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.
