  • Gaiety Theatre - Meeting point
  • St Stephens Green - Dublin’s Dandelion Market moved to Gaiety Green next to Saint Stephen’s Green in 1973 where it remained until the development of the Saint Stephen’s Green shopping center got underway.

One of the places where U2 played. We’ll look for the “Rock ‘n Stroll” plaque commemorating the Dandelion Market.

  • Windmill Lane Recording Studios - Windmill Lane
    A quick walk towards the docks.

Can visit the site of old studio (sadly no longer there since 2015).
Hanover Quay Studio

This studio has been U2’s recording headquarters for many years.

  • Grand Canal Dock - We will visit the place and hear about the anecdotes and stories related with the U2 band and this iconic place
  • Talbot Street Memorial - We will pass by the monument commemorating the victims of the 1974 Dublin and Monaghan bombings
  • O’Connell Street - We will finish the Walking Tour in this iconic street in the heart of Dublin, with monuments dedicated to some of the leaders in the fight for Irish independence.
