Additional Information

The annals of time are replete with tales of daring voyages, courageous revolutionaries, incredible discoveries, valiant nationalists, and advancements in science. While a large percentage of these renowned narratives and triumphs feature men, we can’t neglect the women. Didn’t they embark on grand explorations? Weren’t they bold insurgents? Weren’t they instrumental in fostering scientific progress and societal evolution?

It’s an acknowledged fact that history’s narrative is penned by those who prevail, which traditionally has been men. This often results in the overlook of the significant roles played by women in Irish history, including their adventurous expeditions to far-off lands.

During this 1.5-hour journey, we will honor and delve into the lives and episodes of some such women. Embark on an exploration of their remarkable lives and accomplishments as you traverse through the beauiful city of Dublin.

Great tour - Tara was a fantastic tour guide, she managed to please everyone’s needs as to which background of knowledge we showed up with. The tour itself was interesting, well paced and the right amount of information. I can definitely recommend the tour for anyone who is interested in a little history and especially women in history.

the funniest ride - It was so good coming to Dublin and starting it all with Cieran (sorry if I'm butchering your name, man) guiding us through the city. This guy is so full of talent and storytelling abilities that listening to him is like getting hypnotized by historhy itself. I came out of the whole experience richer and better; and sort of like: "damn, now I wanna know everything about Ireland". If you go and visit please just give this man a chance, because you won't regret it. greetings from Italy.
