10/10 amazing experience - Best oysters I’ve ever had ! Big seafood lovers and you will not get fresher oysters than here ! Booked a private tour for my boyfriends birthday. Could not recommend enough !! Amazing , loved every minute. We had a great time and the most amazing oysters! Unfortunately tide was in which we were told happens once a month however this did not affect our tour at all still had a great time. David was a natural and full of information there wasn’t a question that wasn’t answered. He even gave my partner a oyster knife as a birthday gift. Highly recommend, even to non oyster lovers. A massive thank you to DK oyster team!

Our best experience - Today we have visited the Oyster Farm in Connemara, our experience was absolutely positive and guided tour was brilliant. Finally we have tasted probably the best oyster that we ever had in our life, straight from sea to mouth. Totally perfect. You guys should get a Michelin star for the quality of the food you produce!

Finally tasted fresh oysters! - I would lie if I said I eat oysters and that I came here because I am a fan of them... I came here to finally try a fresh one and what better way is to have it straight from the place that is farming them as opposed to inner city restaurant? The tour is informative, interesting and very educating - I have had a pleasure in the past to enjoy a pearl farm tour in Mexico but this was completely different experience, both great of course :) It's pretty windy and cold at times so makes sure you layer up - we visited in June and even though it didnt rain the coastline is pretty cold with the wind! TIP: if you come here and dont try the oysters it's fine, though it kind of makes sense and of course most of us were hesitant at first but then all but 1 person tried them and I must admit we all seemed to enjoy it to the point that other people went for a second run!

Oysters in July - We learned a ton from David about the ins and outs of oyster farming in Ireland and all over the world. He’s clearly dedicated and passionate about this work and his oysters were the best I’ve ever tasted. This is a very cool and unique experience!

Thoroughly enjoyable and informative - We visited the oyster farm and had a fantastic tour from Dave the owner. There is nothing that he doesn’t know about oysters ! We found it so interesting and we got to taste some delicious oysters. Will definitely go back next time we are in Renvyle.

Delicious and informative experience with DK Oysters - Learned so much about oyster cultivation from start to finish. Dave our guide was warm, funny and informative. As a result we have a whole new appreciation. Delicious, briny oysters too!

One of our favorite tours on our trek around Ireland! - One of our favorite tours on our trek around Ireland! So interesting and personal. Our small group walked right out to the bay where the oysters are, learned a lot, saw the farm in action, had our questions answered by a great tour guide, and tasted plenty of oysters. Highly recommend!

Informative and Delicious Tour - Just finished up our tour with Paul and had an amazing time learning about the history of the farm, how they ensure that the oysters are the best possible quality, and the process that is needed to grow the perfect oyster. Paul was super friendly and informative, he shucked our first couple oysters and then taught us how to shuck our own. Super high quality and we enjoyed them so much that we went straight to Veldeshons Seafarer restaurant to eat a dozen more. Highly recommend this experience!

Also recommended for oyster novices - The extremely friendly host/presenter told us everything about oysters in detail and the oyster tasting was excellent. They were the best oysters we have ever eaten - the whole sea, the whole bay at once.
