Best of the best in Roatan! - What an excellent experience! From booking to the end of this tour was excellent. They provide excellent instructions on how to get them. As soon as you get out of the port it can be chaotic but they are well positioned and it’s easy to find them. Junior and Juan were our guides and were excellent. We were a group of 3 families totaling 14 people. They were very engaged and took great care of us. Junior has a great personality and made us laugh a bunch. Juan was always attentive and very kind to our kiddos as well as Junior. Please note we had 4 small kids in our group (from 2 to 6 yrs old) and 9,11 and 15, so several kids in our group and they managed to keep everyone happy. Very hard to achieve. Thank you guys for everything, we had a blast! Can’t wait to come back and do more tours with yall!

Personable host and great customer service! - We picked this company based on a review from a family friend. They did not disappoint! Communication was phenomenal and customer service was great! Theresa took us around for the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. Thank you so much for the wonderful day experiencing Roatan!

Excellent tour in Roatan with an even better tour guide Klinsman. - Great tour of the island Klinsman was very caring and informative. We did the sloth island tour experience. It was alot of fun seeing the animals and sights, the rum cake and chocolate tasting. Lastly, we enjoyed a yummy lunch on the beach. The beach was beautiful my boys had a lot of fun swimming in the clear blue water.

Best vacation ever - This was the best tour and only tour I will ever do Easy to book and responses were immediate, Our tour guide Junior and Carlos were great and awesome, would definitely recommend this tour!!

Best Tour Guide EVER!! - Amazing private tour with Marta! She picked us up, and immediately started telling us all about the island!! She was absolutely fabulous, she helped us at every stop, made sure we knew what we were doing and just filled us with wonderful information! She stayed with us at each tour, rode the Atvs with us and was just all around an amazing guide!! I hope to make it back to do this same tour with Marta!

Amazing tour and tour guide with Let’s Go Roatan - Our tour with Let’s go Roatan was so amazing! Our tour guide Jr did the most amazing job at taking us to sights around Roatan. He was very knowledgeable about the history and you could tell he really loved showing people this beautiful island. The driver Carlos and the additional tour guide Martha were also extremely kind and helped us enjoy our tour. I would highly recommend using this company if you visit Roatán and request Jr as your guide!

Great experience - Josue is the best tour guild ever. I had a great time riding around the island exploring and doing a bit of shopping. The beach was magnificent. I was dropped off and picked up at the time requested.

Great day with great guides! We had an awesome day with Junior, Martha, and Carlos! - Junior was our guide and is very knowledgeable about the island and the entire area. He speaks perfect English and is very personable and fun to talk to. He has lived in America in the past and knows a lot about our culture there as well. He is a GREAT guide and Martha and Carlos were very very kind! We had a great day seeing the sloths and Monkeys, visiting the chocolate factory and Rum tasting. Fun day!!! We felt very safe and cared for!

Amazing Tour - This tour was amazing! The 7 of us, ranging in age from 8 to 77, had a private tour. Leo, Junior, and our driver Carlos, were all phenomenal. They were so flexible when we requested changes. They went above and beyond over and over to ensure we had the best time possible. I cannot recommend Let’s Go Tours enough. And ask for Leo, Junior, and Carlos!

Complete Disorganization! - I had high hopes for this tour as the communication was great when booking but on the day of it all went downhill. When we arrived we went to our spot to wait for our tour guide. Our driver arrived but he needed to wait for a vehicle (about 20-30minute wait) but we had our baby with us so it was not comfortable for her waiting in the heat. Eventually the car arrives and he brings us to our next destination. We arrive and I was told to sign a waiver but I probably couldn't go on due to my weight. I politely asked what it was for and it was for ziplining (we did NOT book this). I felt weight shamed for no reason and this wouldn't have happened if the tour organizers brought us to the right tour. Luckily, the sloths/monkeys were in the same place BUT it was not the place mentioned in our contract. I had done lots of research on the original place to only be brought to another place. The tour itself was lovely but still not the point. Then our driver was about to bring us to the chocolate factory (which we also did not book). I then had to tell him that our tour was for LFK and not where our driver was going to take us. This also took some time to sort out. Coming on a cruise ship, time is precious and I felt like there was more time wasted. Eventually we arrived at LFK (which was lovely). The overall tour was nice and we enjoyed it but the complete disorganization was disappointing. Our driver was just trying to follow directions from his boss but you can tell he was also confused. Roatan is a lovely place to go but I would NOT book with this company again. I also messaged them about this with no response. Please do not book with this tour company.
