Great experience!! - We had a great time with Roatán Breakaway tours! Our family had a private guide, Fabian, who taught us a lot about the Island and told us funny stories! The ATV tour was fun and we loved holding the sloths and monkeys. We definitely will recommend Breakaway tours!

Breakaway Roatan was Awesome! - Mt Family had an absolutely fantastic experience with the private tour company in Roatan, Honduras. We decided to go ATVing, and it turned out to be an incredibly fun adventure. What made it even more special was the personalized service we received. Our group consisted of just my family and another from our cruise ship, Mardi Gras, which made it feel exclusive and tailored to our preferences. We embarked on an exhilarating ATV journey, which took us up a mountain, down winding trails, and along the picturesque shoreline. The breathtaking views provided ample opportunities for capturing stunning photos. I must commend our two guides, Wilson and Marlon, for their exceptional patience and support. They made sure that even my initially nervous 16-year-old daughter felt comfortable driving the ATVs. It's clear that this company places a strong emphasis on family-centered experiences, and it's run and operated by the wonderful matriarch, LaShan Duartes Collins. After our ATV adventure, LaShan personally took on a tour of Roatan. We visited a chocolate factory and rum shop; both delightful - we bought chocolate but passed on rum as we stocked up on tequila in Mexico the day before! Additionally, upon our request, she took us to the most adorable craft market where we found unique souvenirs that we hadn't come across anywhere else. The only minor suggestion I have is for LaShan to provide clearer instructions for the meet-up location. Because Carnival owns the port, we had to navigate a little hill and descent to find her. However, this was a minor inconvenience that didn't diminish the overall fantastic experience we had with this tour company. In summary, our ATV adventure with this family-run tour company in Roatan was a highlight of our cruise. The personalized service, breathtaking views, and unique experiences made it truly memorable. I highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Roatan.

Family trip - The experience was amazing Javier our driver was the best very helpful explain everything. The Atv was so fun the 2 brother how give us the ride in the Atv was amazing . The run factory and animal park everything excellent.Javier very profesional and everytime helped to take picture. Definitely when I come back I will call them again

Loved the ATV experience - I really enjoyed the ATV portion of the trip. It was a great way to have a taste of the country and see some of how the locals live. Our ATV guides were amazing as well, making sure they didn’t leave us behind. They also took some amazing pictures that will serve as great memories for us. I enjoyed the rum tasting & ended up purchasing a bottle to go home. The food we had on the beach was excellent though the actual beach was not. My tour operator was unable to take us to the original beach we were supposed to go to due to traffic so we, unfortunately, ended up at a beach that was closer to the port. We did not really enjoy the beach because it had a lot of seaweed and was rocky. But we did have some of the most amazing food. Specifically, we had fish, plantain and rice and it was excellent. I could’ve lived without all the cats by where we were eating, but I’m not sure there was much they could do about that. The bathrooms were very clean at the beach, which was good. Our tour operator was nice enough but we felt that she did the bare minimum. At times, we felt she lacked professionalism, but it may have been because she felt very comfortable with us. For example, we had what I would call a racist encounter at the entry beach. The guard initially denied us entry because he believed that we were locals, but when he found out we were from the cruise (which we had to prove) he let us in and she cursed him under her breath after we left. Well, I appreciated her sentiment because it was a very frustrating situation, as an operator of a tour. I think that she could’ve expressed herself in a different way. She also ended up making a personal stop during our commute, which was slightly annoying because we don’t believe she would’ve done that with other people. Because the ATV operators are not affiliated with the company who ran the tour, we ended up doing separate tipping, which made the excursion more expensive than we would’ve liked. operators more than my driver. Overall, we really enjoyed our ATV experience and wouldn’t mind going back to the country. tip to tip all the different people involved.
