The Day I fell in Love with a Sloth! - We were a solo couple, and Larry Jr. was the perfect tour guide to accommodate us. He was very friendly and professional. He explained from the beginning that Sunday was a slow day, so some changes may occur, which they did. We started out with the glass-bottom boat, which was a great experience.
The guide for the glass bottom boat ( I did not get her name) and her adorable son Pablo were great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The horseback ride was amazing. The young men were very attentive and helpful. The young man taking photos from our camera was amazing. He took great video and action shots from our phones. They were truly a great team of guys!
I wasn't too keen on the sloth, not because I don't like animals. I just like lively animals like horses and dogs, as I am a pet parent. Anthony, our tour guide at Sloth Park, was knowledgeable and truly had a love and respect for the animals. I left there loving the sloth! The young lady photographer ( I believe her name was Lisa) took amazing photos. We bought the whole kit and kaboodle (I'm aging myself).
This was an amazing Sunday morning experience.

Amazing, once in a lifetime, experience - This was our first time on Roatan and our very first day. Our guide, Jonathan, made sure it was one we would never forget. He gave us history as we drove from place to place, showing us all of the island, and the tour itself was so much fun. I'd highly recommend it to everyone. Kid friendly, fun for adults, older and younger, and for kids. Definitely book this tour!

This is an amazing experience! Don’t pass it up! - We had a wonderful driver that accommodated our ships early departure. The horses, moneys and sloths were so fun! The boat was amazing too as it let us explore the coral reef.

Very very pleased !!!! - Very very pleased,
I have been on around 30 cruises and I have always taken excursions from the cruise lines. Everything worked out perfectly, and the price was very fair for everything we did. If this had been available from the cruise line, the cost would have been much higher. The guide and driver (we had our own car) were great, it was all about us, never rushed.
I give them 11 stars !! Lol

Perfect family day for multiple interests - Family of 4 ages 19-45
We were not sure what to expect once we got off our ship and met the representative. He didn’t seem to have any knowledge of our reservation after I handed him my confirmation. He pocketed our cash we handed him without giving change so I wasn’t sure it was a legit transaction at first. However we had the best day and experience after he handed us off to our guide for the day, Jack. We felt safe and loved that he was with us all day in a private car versus a group bus. The property that offered the horses was beautiful and the horses seemed well cared for and healthy. The sloth park was busy with other groups but we each got to spend some time holding the animals and over all it didn’t eat up a huge chunk of time. We ended our day in a glass sided boat that took us out to the reef with plenty of time to eat lunch at the beach restaurant. Jack was courteous and professional and took very good care of us throughout the day before dropping us directly off at the ship. I would not hesitate to book this tour again, my only recommendation would be to pay the full balance through PayPal before hand to hopefully curtail the confusion of paying your balance at the port.

Monkeys, Ponies & Glass Bottom Boats! - Pick-up and drop-off at the cruise port was a breeze. Loved the monkey/sloth experience, it was so fun! The glass bottom boat was super interesting and the horseback riding was fun and relaxing. Nice folks all the way from the drivers to the docents. Highly recommend. NOTE: The glass bottom boat may be hard to navigate for people with mobility issues. You have to climb down some steep stairs into the boat.

Awesome experience! - Jack was great! He took us horseback riding. We got to go in the water for a few minutes. Some reviews said they didn't so I wasn't expecting the water. It was fun! Next we got to hold a sloth (highlight of trip) 😍. Monkeys and parrots were good but the monkeys are wild. One bit my mom...not hard. Next it was a glass bottom boat tour of the reef. It was good as we did see plenty of fish. This tour was well worth it!!

Great excursion - Our group of 7 had to be taken in 2 separate vehicles but it worked out. The restaurant service was terrible and very expensive for ordinary food. Our guides were great considering the transportation situation. Our horseback ride was not on a beach shown. The glass bottom boat excursion was phenomenal! Sloths we're interesting, too.

Disorganized and not worth the money - Driver was almost an hour late picking us up and then the rest of the day was rushed or we were waiting. Animals were ok, horses were fine but they didn’t go in the water and only saw small fish on glass bottom boat. Would have expected at least an apology for the mix up at the beginning but didn’t even get that.

Very Disappointed - NOT as Advertised - Pros:
The guide was really nice and our 2-year old enjoyed holding the sloth and touching the little monkey.
Cons:
Pretty much everything else. On the additional information section it says: "This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate". We arrived early and had plenty of time before our cruise ship leaves the port, but we had to wait for over 75 minutes for other people to finish their zip-line activity before we start our excursion. Note that our excursion does NOT include zip-line.
The description of the first activity says: "local nature park, you'll see the local animals in their recreated natural habitats and learn about their biology and behavior." What we really saw is about 7 cages where monkeys, Guinea pigs, and sloths, are handed from one tourist to another to take pictures. We were not comfortable thinking that these animals must be going through this all day long and it didn't look like a natural habitat. It is very crowded and we didn't learn anything about their biology or behavior. This lasted about 30 minutes as opposed to the 45 minutes advertised.
The description of the second activity says: "Saddle up an a horse for a jungle and waterfall ride". We definitely didn't have a jungle experience and we didn't see any waterfalls. We went to something like a private ranch. We rode briefly to a section where there is water in the background. We stopped for a picture, then rode by the water for less than a minute, and then back to the starting point. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes at best as opposed to the 45 minutes advertised.
The description of the third activity says: "transfer to a glass-bottom boat to get crystal-clear views of the offshore reef without getting wet." This was the activity that we were most excited about given that Roatan is famous for its unique coral reefs. This was also supposed to be an activity that is longer than the previous ones -scheduled for 1h-. Given that they made us wait for over 75 minutes in the beginning, the guide told us that we won't have enough time to go to the glass bottom boat, so he just dropped us back at the port to catch our cruise ship. This was very disappointing and no one provided us with an explanation nor a refund. We were also supposed to stop for a local lunch (30 minutes) as part of the excursion, but that never happened either. Overall, we were very disappointed.
