Must do tour - We had such a great time on our tour. The staff was wonderful & knowledgeable at the hangout. We loved the chocolate stop (not an actual tour) and didn't make it to the rum shop (our decision). We had yummy tacos next door to the chocolate place instead. The beach at Roatan was beautiful. I wish they all accepted Venmo as I noticed not many people tip due to not carrying cash.

Amazing - Overall it was a great excursion. We have seen a lot in those few hours. My daughter was disappointed that the Sloths were ripped away from us after twenty seconds

Animal encounters were amazing. - This was a fantastic excursion. The animal sanctuary was so much fun. The guide was wonderful. The chocolate and rum cake tasting were okay. We would do it again for the animal interactions. Totally worth it.

Great private excursion - Our driver was able to take us earlier than we booked, which was great. He drove a nice clean vehicle. He answered my questions about the area and was very pleasant. We loved holding the sloths and the monkeys. At no extra cost. Was included in excursion.

Great excursion, worth the cost - Tour was worth the expense, the only challenge was finding the meeting point (just make sure to ask when you leave the cruise port). Our tour guide (Moses) was very friendly and proud of his island. The monkeys and sloths were great to be around, although it was a bit touristy. Chocolate "factory" was small and crowded, but we did get to sample and buy some good chocolate. It was a good day on the island for sure.

VERY GOOD - Very good experience It was just the guide, my partner and I, which gave us flexibility to stop at the places we wanted to see. Highly recommended! PS: Our guide, Eldin, was very attentive and friendly

Wonderful! - We had a West-Caribbean cruise two weeks ago and this Roatan excursion was one of the highlights of the whole vacation. The competitor was Dolphin ride in Cozumel, which was twice the cost. What we liked especially (actually we liked everything): 1. Flexible schedule and effective use of time. No need to wait for buses and big groups. It was only our family (4 people) in the car and our fantastic(!) guide Tommy was ready to start as soon as we had landed. So we could start the excursion more than an hour before the scheduled time. We got maximum from our time on Roatan. In addition to the main stops, Tommy showed us other places and told us so much about Roatan. We got more than was promised to us and more than we expected. 2. As expected, all the wonderful creatures - sloths, iguanas, monkeys, parrots impressed us. It's not just a zoo, but you can really be in contact with the animals and they seem to like it too. We were lucky to see a wild sloth just nearby also. Seeing some big fish, including a wild barracuda was another bonus. The local staff does the work with passion, it's more than just business for them. 3. Snorkeling was even better than in Belize (and Belize was also great). Special thanks to Jack Sparrow from my 80 year old dad, who to his own surprise was able to do his first snorkeling - the whole swim. Jack was really skillful in encouraging and coaching the beginners. 4. It was fun all the time! My son still repeats Tommy's jokes. Thanks again, Tommy!

A LOT of people - I loved seeing the sloths & monkeys but I feel we were rushed. Several other people saw other animal that I didn’t even know were there because we were not told & rushed.

No show driver - Driver never showed up. I spent an hour in the parking lot waiting in the sweltering heat. I expect a full refund for this waste of time and will NOT be booking with Viator again.
