Great tour - Tour was nice would do again just not that beach break part I didn't enjoy that but it wasn't the tour guides fault

Fantastic team and guide! Highly recommend! - Andrea is a fantastic guide! She is a living and breathing encyclopedia of Roatan and Honduras. Very friendly, very helpful and she made the experience enjoyable for our family from start to finish. The driver was also great! The ride was smooth and enjoyable at each and every stop! We want this same exact team next time we visit!

Best Trip Ever - This trip was amazing! Had sooooo much fun. Our tour guide Rex was so friendly and gave us a nice tour of the island. We loved the sloths and monkeys. We also enjoyed the rum and chocolate. We even got to go to a locals market to shop. Despite the touch and go weather we still had the best day

Lovin the sloths - We had a great time on this tour and our tour guide was awesome! She shared some great history on the way. The sloths were my favorite along with the monkeys and of course sampling chocolate was amazing.

Recommend everything but Rum distillery - First Jorge was a wonderful guide. First we went to the monkeys and sloth. So so worth every penny. Kevin Brown was the nicest guide through the compound. First got to hold a Macaw which isn't nothing really new for us. Then we were lead to hold the sloth. OMG what an amazing experience. We wanted to bring him home. Then we got to hold and pet the monkeys. That again was amazing. Did I mention how amazing Kevin was? He also was so knowledgeable about Honduras. And really funny and personable. If you tour there ask for Kevin. Next we went to the chocolate factory first you meet a man that tells you the history of the cocoa bean. Then you get to sample the chocolate. They even have a chocolate that helps with fertility! We got a box of chocolate bars and a frozen chocolate covered banana...it was so so good. Next was the rum distillery. Product was good but workers very rude. We were planning on buying a couple cigars, rum cakes, and some rum. When my husband went to Select the bottle of rum we chose, he had the bottle in his hands and turned, it went falling to the ground like it was oiled. It's not the fact that they made us pay for the breakage, it's the way the employees treated us afterwards. You'd think we knocked the whole display over. The woman behind the rum cake counter was making rude comments, the one that came to clean up looked at us like we did it on purpose, the gentleman that rang us up was like hurry up get out of here before you break something else. Because of how rude from the time we walked in. Getting sample from lady was like you were a burden. She did not have pleasant demeanor. She seemed to run the place but needs to learn, yes two different cultures but we are here livelihood. I would NEVER go here again. The rum place in Cozemel is much better and cheaper so just wait.

No wow factor - The experience was ok. Unfortunately we experienced a conflict with a party claiming to have our ticket information yet half way into the tour the driver received a call from his supervisor claiming we had an outstanding balance? After back and forth discussion The manager claimed to have solved the problem. As the driver played neutral I would rate him a 9.5 for service.
