The fun doesn’t stop there, next, you drive a 25 minutes to west bay beach the must beautiful beach on the island crystal clear water white sand amazingly gorgeous .our last stop will be the colorful Roatan sing where you will have the opportunity to take beautiful family pictures .

Just as advertised, lived up to 5-star reviews - Great tour, had the best driver (Gabriella) and a great day. Just what we wanted: to hold the sloths and monkeys then hang at West Bay beach for a few hours. Gabby was the best, easy going and responsible. Will book again with MJ for sure!

Animals and beach! - Fantastic tour with an amazing guide! Can't say enough positive things about it. We got to hold a sloth, monkey and Macaw! Our guide even watched our things on the beach so we could walk the beach! Amazing snorkeling right from the beach! Fantastic day!

Our fav part of our cruise vacay! - We had a wonderful time with Elvin from MJ Tours & Attractions. It’s the same excursion offered by the cruise line except with a personal guide - a super guy. It was just my friend and I, and Elvin took us to the sloth/monkey sanctuary, to stop at a place to buy T-shirt souvenirs, to the beautiful beach where we paid extra (though a fair price) for seaside table massages! Then we had lunch at a beautiful stop, looking out with a beautiful view and nice breeze. Then we went to the west side of the island and visited the chocolate factory and got delicious coffee, before driving the rest of the way around the island back to our shop with plenty of time to spare! We truly enjoyed our time with Elvin so much. Give this guy a raise!! Hahaha But if you’re thinking about this excursion, definitely book it - it’s awesome!! Oh, and Angela the sloth was sooooo sweet - bucket list item achieved!

Amazing day at Roatan.. - We booked this tour at the last minute and were very happy we did. Finding our driver, Ricky, right after leaving the port was easy. He drove us to see the sloths and monkeys, which was a huge hit! Ricky encouraged us to enjoy ourselves and assured us there was no rush. After that, we went to a private beach where we spent a lovely day on one of the nicest beaches we’ve seen, along with a delicious lunch. Ricky was the absolute BEST tour guide!

Best Day Ever!!!!!! - I had a fantastic experience!! Everyone was kind and did a great job making sure we had a great day!!! Jim knew how excited I was to greet and hold the animals especially the sloth! The beach was beautiful and I sure hope to visit again soon!!!!!

Favorite tour day ever in ROATAN! - We absolutely loved it! It was just the 2 of us with MJ tours. Gabriel was our guide. He was FANTASTIC!!! We met him at 9 and he took us to see the Monkeys and Sloth center. There were also parrots. We were able to hold them and interact and it was a great experience!! We made a very quick stop at the chocolate factory and rum store so we could buy some cake and chocolate bars.. When we went to the beach we had some food. There were no chairs available on the beach so we were enjoying our snack and I noticed a bright yellow tour boat. Turns out it was a glass bottom boat over the coral reef. Well Gabriel took us over there, we bought tix and jumped aboard. It was just amazing!!! If I had 10 stars I would give them all! Viator only picks the best and this tour company lived up to being the best. Thank you Gabriel!

Roatan ... holding sloths and beach break. - Our driver (Eddie Jackson) was very informative and was excellent at managing the traffic. The macaw, monkey and sloth encounter was very good and Eddie assisted us at the beach with getting lounge chairs for the 6 of us.

Great Experience! - It was great having a private driver for the day, he was wonderful. The sanctuary was so much fun and created the best memories. We loved the monkeys and the sloth was adorable. We were given the choice of two resorts at west side beach and ended up at the one with a pool, that we didn’t use, it was $23/per chair vs $17/per chair. The beach was nice but we got asked to buy something every minute to the point I couldn’t have a simple conversation with anyone. It was annoying beyond belief. We stopped for an appetizer at the resort and called to get picked up, we were back at our ship by 2 pm. A lot of money for a very short beach experience. Worth it for the animal sanctuary in every way. We did walk quite a way to get to our meeting point and were hackled along the way, but when we told them we were looking for MJ Tours everyone was friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Easy to find off of royal caribbean. If we go again, I’d use this company but would do more research on a better beach with less hackling.

Avoid the sanctuary - The « sanctuary « is not at all what I would expect from a sanctuary. The animal looks stressed, the sloths looked really stressed to be handled by so many people. There was not a place to just look at them in their natural habitat. Looked a little abusive to the animal
