Excellent and reliable - Quick and easy. We left immediately when we got outside the airport and then they picked us up from the resort when I requested. I contacted the tour operator to make sure and he responded quickly.

Would 100% recommend and use these guys again. - Pickup from the Cozumel Ferry Terminal to go to our hotel. Perfect communication. the driver was already waiting for us , and we found him with any issue. The return trip was also perfectly executed, we were picked up on time and everything went smoothly. I confirmed both journeys the day prior and the company responded promptly. I Would recommend and use these guys again.

Efficient, friendly, and painless transfer - Excellent service, we didn't struggle to find them at the airport and they took us to our hotel quickly. A week later the private taxi arrived a few minutes early to wait for us at our hotel so as soon as we checked out he took us back to the airport, a very efficient and friendly service.

Taxi Cozumel - It's a racket. Taxis cannot pick up at the airport. You have to take either a shuttle bus, or a private car. If your hotel does not offer transportation, arrange for it in advance. Getting out of the airport terminal in Cozumel is always a fiasco. You run a gauntlet of vendors selling everything from time shares, to snorkel trips. Once we made our way outside, we had trouble finding our vendor, Taxi Cozumel. Asking around, we eventually found the right taxi. The trip to the hotel was uneventful. I wanted to confirm our return trip taxi, but found no convenient way to do so. I tried messaging the taxi operator, but got no response. Finally, I checked with the hotel concierge, and they confirmed our return taxi was scheduled. Not very reassuring, but we did get our scheduled ride.

Disappointed - I paid for and confirmed a round-trip transfer, the taxi company never picked us up for our return trip. Our trip was June 8th - June 15th. The details for return trip were made, agreed upon, and confirmed prior to trip (May 29-31) with the tour operator. Therefore, I’m really not sure why no one showed.

BEWARE! UNRELIABLE! - I paid for a round-trip transfer with transport from the Cozumel ferry to Occidental Cozumel hotel. Prior to departing for trip, the tour operator messaged me about the pick-up time for the return trip from Occidental Cozumel to the ferry. I originally stated 8:15am; however, the tour operator suggested 7:30am for pick up. Therefore 7:30am pickup was agreed. The night prior to return trip, I messaged the tour operator to confirm the 7:30am pickup since no one contacted me. When I received no response, I then messaged Viator. Viator sent email to tour operator that evening and the following morning with no response. I informed Viator at 7:47am that I would have to order shuttles since no one showed up and that I would be requesting my refund. So, I had to pay for three shuttles for my group of 19 persons and am now waiting on the transportation company to email Viator back concerning my refund.
