Up close with beautiful Tassie Devils and Quolls - The animals were adorable and carefully cared for. We didn't just see Tasmanian Devils but also eastern and spotted quolls. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. WE really enjoyed the whole experience.

A great experience and opportunity to see Tasmanian Devils - A very interesting experience. Seeing the Devils and Quolls at feeding time is well worth it as they are much more active. Our guide was very informative and we got some great photos. It is probably worth getting there a bit earlier (maybe an hour) so you can go around before the feeding to see all the enclosures.

Excellent experience - Excellent experience and well worth the money. We went to the evening feeding and this was a great way to get insight from the people who care for the devils. The work done there is to ensure the future of the Tasmanian devil and Quolls and they explained this very well. My group left with a better understanding. Thank you.

Devil of a good tour - It was a cold January evening for the 8:30 PM visit but it was so worth it. The guide, Sarah, was full of information and seeing the devils up close was an experience to remember. They also have different types of quolls. I learned a lot and got some good photos. The size of the group meant that sometimes it was hard to get photos, and I am short. There is a small gift shop as well.

Interesting with restriction - We did the After Dark Feeding Tour. It was of course unique to see the Tasmanian devil at all and then to watch him eat, but the group was just too big for us. Sometimes you didn’t see anything because you were in the third row, sometimes you didn’t hear anything anymore. Personally, we thought it was a shame. I know, of course, it's all a matter of money, you want to make as much money as possible with it to further protect this species, but then as a visitor it's not so nice to only notice and see half of it. Therefore, we can only recommend it partially.

Lovely to see Tasmanian... - Lovely to see Tasmanian Devils and Quolls. Their enclosures were large and well set out. The guide's talk was informative, but at times we struggled to understand because she spoke quickly. There were also too many people on the tour which meant that we couldn't get near to the animals at times.

Not Deaf friendly - This tour, unfortunately, wasn’t deaf-friendly. While it was fascinating to watch the feeding, the guide was talking a lot, and I felt like I missed out on all the cool information about the devils. I paid the full price but only got to watch the feeding without learning much, and as a Deaf person, it felt a bit like I was ripped off. I really wanted to enjoy this experience and give it more stars, but it wasn’t accessible for me. I hope they consider adding written materials or other accessibility options in the future.
