Informative and interesting - This is a really good experience for adults and children. There is good viewing of the young Tassie devils running around together and playing. There are also quols. The information was interesting. It is not a Zoo but a sanctuary that is conserving Tasmanian devils and working to keep the species alive in the face of the cancer that has attached the wild population. An opportunity to see a devil up close and learn about their habits.

Caring for the Devil - Today we did the Keepers Tour at 3pm which was included in our $20 admission. Jemma was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Devils and quolls breeding program and Pancake the wombat. .She explained everything in detail and kept everyone enthralled. This sanctuary is a real asset, and a highlight of our trip. We even stumbled on a devil eating a fresh piece of meat. Well done to all the staff, love the natural enclosures.

Not just devils! - An amazing place! Wonderful way to see and learn about the Tasmanian devil. Such knowledgeable and passionate people. Great to know about the breeding program. The quolls really amazed me also and to find out so much about the endangered species. Also loved the surroundings - the way the park incorporates the natural myrtle forest. A must see!

Make sure you visit devils@cradle - This is a very interesting place to visit. The staff are so passionate about these animals and their ongoing long term survival and we all learned a lot about the history of these animals in Australia and what is being done to ensure they do not go extinct.

Extremely informative guides with passion for these animals - Made a brief stop here while visiting Cradle Mountain and was not disappointed. Plenty of fantastic photo opportunities of both the devils and quolls, as there are multiple large exhibits of each animal. The keepers' passion for animal conservation was obvious and they were extremely informative about the projects they supported. It was interesting hearing about how they selected which devils to use for breeding season and the keeper talk I observed showed us how they check in on the couple that they were attempting to breed at the time (early May). Definitely visit if you're going to be in the area!

The friendly,... - The friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated staff and the opportunity to see the animals which are difficult to see in their natural environment, but mostly the excellent conservation effort being undertaken

Absolutely Recommended - This was a highlight of our trip. We got a great view of some very active devils and quolls. Probably more importantly the keeper’s talk gave us a great overview of the conservation situation. It was interesting from start to finish, not too long, not too short. This opinion was shared by everyone in attendance.
