Launceston to Cradle Mountain transfer for Overland Track hike - This was our second transfer with eGuide. Our last one was 2 years ago to the Walls of Jerusalem and back with David. This one was from Launceston to Cradle Mountain with Marie to do the Overland Track. The trip was well priced and Marie was very accommodating with pick up time and allowing a short stop for supplies along the way, and very interesting to chat to along the way. We had planned to travel with eGuide from Lake St Clair to Hobart at the end, but following a change of plans on our part, eGuide was not able to accommodate us with a direct transfer a day later. They went above and beyond though, by still holding our spare luggage and leaving it for us at Lake St Clair which was a huge help to us. We were very happy with the communication and service provided, and will be sure to book with eGuide again on our next hiking trip to Tassie.

Fantastic flexible bespoke service! - We are so grateful to Marie for picking us up from Launceston and transporting us to Cradle Mountain. Our flight was delayed and Marie was very reasonable & helpful. Hugely knowledgeable about the Overland Track. Ian picked us up from our hikes end and transported us to Hobart. Again very knowledgeable and good company. I would definitely use their service again.

Walls of Jerusalem transfer - We actually did the Walls of Jerusalem track - the whole process to book was easy, eGuide were great to communicate with etc. Pick up in Launceston was on time (and so were we! surprise there!). The coffee stop on route was appreciated - thank you Ian. After the walk David was there waiting for us. Good conversation etc both ways. I have already recommended these guys to others. See you next time we are in Tassie.

Return transfers Launceston to cradle mountain for 20 pax - We spent 4 days in Cradle Mountain for a corporate offsite, where 20 of us flew into Launceston. David was a great help in enabling me to organise return transfers from the airport to Cradle Mountain. There was 20 of us coming in on 2 different flights. One flight was delayed by an hour, so the bus driver waited patiently with everyone at the airport. For our return we had 2 buses to take us back. David was very quick to respond to my initial email enquiry. And for all further email comms he was quick to respond and answer all my questions. Great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Walls of Jerusalem transport - We actually went to The Walls of Jerusalem National Park with different drop off and pick up locations on a 6 day hike. No problem at all for this group of professionals. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, the vehicles very comfortable and on time, every time. It was a pleasure chatting to the drivers whose knowledge was extensive, and who were very easy to chat to.

The personal touch - EGuide were awesome from start to finish. I messed up my booking and they flawlessly accommodated me, even though they didn’t have a Launceston to Cradle Mountain transfer booked the day I actually arrived, still getting me there by the first briefing. Then when I arrived at Lake St Clair two days early, they got me sorted again and brought a small bag they’d stored for me. Great drivers and fabulous communication. You’ll really get personal attention when you book with EGuide. One of our drivers, Ian, even stopped for us to get some cherries from a roadside stall on the way to Hobart because we were fascinated by how big they were. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

Excellent service, very happy - Transport provided from Launceston to cradle and return. Excellent service and on time. Very well informed drivers. eGuide were able to accommodate moving some bags around for me after I had an accident on the track and had to leave for medical reasons. Thanks you for being so helpful.
