- Mount Lofty Summit - Look over Adelaide City and the panoramic views. This area was discovered by Mathew Flinders in 1802. Weather permitting as can be very cold and fogged in.
- Thorngrove Manor Hotel - Drive past Thorngrove Manor. Built to look like a baroque castle, this lavish, high-concept hotel is 1.5 km from the Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens and 9 km from the 835-hectare Belair National Park.

Bridgewater Mill - Bridgewater Mill and Waterwheel. Set in the charming town of Bridgewater in the rambling scenery of the Adelaide Hills, this old mill dates back to 1860 when it was built by John Dunn, a mill engineer from Devonshire. He built a number of flour mills throughout Australia, but the Bridgewater Mill is by far his most famous.
Situated on Mount Barker Road, the mill boasts an impressive working waterwheel which was built back in the mid 1800s. Dunn chose this particular spot for the mill because it was a prime hotspot for catching traffic that passed through the area.
In 1986, the mill was bought by a consortium that renovated it and integrated an award-winning winery into the building: Petaluma wines. Great trip but confirm pick up time - The trip was excellent and the driver Phil was friendly and very helpful. The trip down the river was very tranquil and the meal was good. The weather was perfect so it made the trip really enjoyable. I would recommend this trip.
One tip, confirm your pick up time as there was some confusion with our time.

Perfect Day - Everything was perfect from the time I booked the trip to the pick up from hotel dropped back off all perfect Haley very knowledgeable in sharing the history along the way. The cruise it self was very relaxing food great and all the staff on board very pleasant it was a wonderful happy day and the other guests were all great cheerful travel buddies

Great day out - We had a great day with Roy who was very entertaining and informative. We managed to see all the sites before the crowds on a busy day. A very relaxing river cruise. Great views of Adelaide and its surrounds.

Boat Cruise and other things - It was fun going to Berenberg. Mt Lofty is nice . The boat cruise was relaxing and the lunch was nice . We finished off in Harndorff a quaint German village .
