We meet at the Matilda Bay Reserve, near the Matilda Bay restaurant (in between the two piers and the restaurant) The boards will be located on the grassed area with a flag. Look out for my silver X Trail. Please note there is free parking on the weekends however be sure to check the parking signs

Sup yoga in the most tranquil environment! - An awesome location for sup yoga - in a bay on the Swan river, the water was like glass for our class with the blue skies and green trees, with black swans cruising nearby, was just the perfect setting for a yoga studio! Cat was such a patient teacher, she gave great directions and modified the class depending on weather (wind and currents) and experience of everyone in class, and she gave options and layers if you wanted to challenge yourself. Surprisingly, it was easier to do yoga on a paddleboard than i had thought, no one even fell in, it was a really great class. Lying on the board in the warmth of the sun, looking up at the blue sky above, was a pretty zen start to Sunday. Would definitely recommend the class, even if you haven't paddled much or done much yoga, it's easy to follow along.
