DON'T BUY ENTRECULTURAS, I BOUGHT THE TICKETS 2 WEEKS AGO, AND THEY DIDN'T SENTD ME. ii don't understand why tripadvisor - Don't buy in that business, I bought them two weeks ago, and I still don't receive my tickets. it's affecting your good reputation.

Good tour - The guide spoke good English and knew a not of the building. He was able to answer the questions people had and the tour itself was well organised. Thank you!

It could have been better - The tour was not bad at all to be honest, however It could have been better and fun. I feel there was a communication gap

Shame on this tour Operator! - We booked this a couple months ago. Two couples arrived at the meeting point given to us in the documents at 12:10 for a 12:30 tour time and no guide showed. No white umbrella (as it said there would be--although there were other white umbrella companies). We checked with EACH tour company at the door of the cathedral and no one was Entreculturas Tours and no other white umbrella company had our name on their list. (I checked that just in case this company had given us to someone else). I tried to call the contact number for the tour operator on my form while at the cathedral and no one answered. Viator tried and no one answered either. It is very sad that we traveled from the USA to visit the cathedral and not receive the tour we ordered. I called Viator while at the site because we wanted to see the cathedral. Fortunately we could still buy tickets on site but we did not get a tour so I've asked Viator to refund the total amount and will see how that pans out. I have no doubts (really) because I've used Viator on numerous occasions and this is the first unethical tour company. BTW, this tour company said that they had emailed me about a change of place and color of umbrella. All 5 of their emails came after the start time of our tour and made no sense. (I reached out to them the night before to clarify where I was to redeem the tickets as it was confusing in the confirmation but I never received an answer for that either!) When Viator reached out (in some way I'm unsure of) the tour company said they could not contact me because there was no phone number but that is sketchy. My phone number is in my profile. They could've contacted me through the Viator message portal. One of the messages Entreculturas Tours wrote was Who did you book the tour through....although they had to know because they used the Viator messaging system for that. At the time I booked, I did not see bad reviews. Shame on Entreculturas Tours.

Tour CANCELLED. - The tour didn’t even happen. Received a message, not even from Viator, rather from the tour guide an hour before that it was cancelled and had booked over 2 months in advance. Why was I even able to book it and sold a ticket….zero idea. Ridiculous.

No show of the guid - I have booked a tour on the day and received email confirmation. At the time of the tour, there was no guide in the vicinity. Once i managed to get through to the company, the lady, who spoke no english (my spanish is not great) explained she sees no booking in her system. Still waiting to get my money back.
