Great Day Trip to Cordoba - We had a wonderful day with Oscar as our guide in Cordoba. He was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about his subject. He took us to a lot of great little places off the beaten path in Cordova. We enjoyed spending out time with him. We also had a wonderful experience with Angel, our guide for the mosque/cathedral. An amazing testament to the ingenuity of both the Moors and the Catholics. .

The Cordoba trip was one of the highlights of our visit to Andalusia. The UNESCO sites especially the Mosque was superb - Oscar from ‘Not just a tourist’ was so interesting talking to us on the drive to Cordoba about life and politics in Spain. His experience as a chef also helped us understand Andalusian food and suggested dishes to sample and restaurants to visit. He took us to the three UNESCO sites in Cordoba- the unique Patio homes, the Jewish synagogue and the piece the resistance- the Mosque/church

Incredible Day and Very Highly Recommended - We had an amazing day with our guide, Oscar! The drive to Cordoba from Seville took 90 minutes and when we got there, we spent our time as follows: 1. Visited the Patios: This is a must! A UNESCO Heritage Site of these incredible gardens at private homes that are at their peak in May every year. But still, even in September, the patios were so charming and the owners are so proud and welcoming of tourists. Definitely a highlight. 2. The Synagogue: Not a big site, but worth a visit to learn about the Jewish history in Cordoba. The Jewish quarter here is the biggest in all of Spain! 3. The Mosque & Cathedral: This was a magical experience of a pastiche of many rich worlds colliding into what’s today a sight to behold. I can’t even begin to describe it. You just gotta get there and see it for yourself. 4. Lunch: Oscar, our guide, is a chef and he picked a spot for us that was absolutely amazing! We wouldn’t have found this spot on our own, I can tell you that much. The food we had was divine! You must try the salmorejo while in cordoba. 5. Camrona!: We were lucky to have had the time to make a stop at the town of Carmona on the way back to Seville. Oscar recommended it and it was worth the stop. It was a magical day with an amazing guide. Worth every penny.

Day Trip to Cordoba - Carlos was a wonderful guide, and the personalized pickup/drop off by private car was extremely pleasant. Stopped in Carmona for a view, and had breakfast and lunch on the trip, as well as a walking tour prior to the Mosque. The addition of a private guide for the Mosque was definitely worth it, and a highlight of our time in Spain.

Cordoba is a must see! - Cordoba was well worth seeing. Not only is it beautiful but the history is unbelievable. Our guide Carlos was exceptional. He was gracious and knowledgeable. We opted for the tour of the Mosque which was worth it and Angel’s passion was palpable. One thing I would note is that there were very few ratings which concerned us. Apparently they have far more on Trip Advisor.

Cordoba - Carlos was amazing! Very knowledgeable and most of all, relatable. He was a step ahead of us and the experience was just short of perfect ( nothing is perfect😉). The drive felt like around the corner because we were always engaged by thoughtful conversation and interesting facts about the region. Highly recommended

Just book it. Terrific - Absolutely terrific tour. Picked up at hotel. Great driver. The tour guide in Cordova was amazing. She knew everything and was very thorough. She took her time and even had an iPad ready with more info on the mosque. Amazing

Great deal in Cordoba/Carmona with Carlos! - Carlos was the best! After a wonderful stop in Cordoba to visit the mosque and catheral(s), Carlos made an unscripted stop in Carmona which was a beautiful location. We requested one other activity while we were in town and he was more than happy in delaying our departure by 1/2 hour. He was a very polite, knowledgeable, and a very safe driver (which is not always the case).

Favorite Day on our 9 day Spain trip - Spain is a beautiful country, and my family had wonderful experiences throughout our trip. There is still one day that stands out amongst all the others, a day that just felt extraordinary. It was our day trip from Sevilla to Cordoba with Carlos. We lucked out as my family-two seniors, myself and my 12 year old-were the only ones on this tour. The day started with an on time pick up at our hotel. There was a lovely stop in the quaint town/village of Carmona-I don’t want to give away too much, but it was a pleasant surprise. We then headed to Cordoba. Carlos was mindful of my family’s needs and wants including keeping the walking at a leisure pace for my parents as he guided us around and knowing where my son would find the best churros. The best churros on our trip were in Cordoba at Mojaelchurro! Included on this tour, NotJustATourist reserved a private guide for us at the Mesquita Catedral. It is definitely awe-inspiring and has to be seen, preferably with a guide. Cordoba has it all: history, culture, food and nice little family shops. Cordoba was our favorite place, and Carlos had a lot to do with that.
