How to ruin a day off - The visit time communicated upon purchase indicated the departure of the tour at 11.00, confirmed by email the day before. The time was brought forward by 30 minutes, communicated via WhatsApp (arrived the next day). Lost visit result. We had to buy the 3 tickets again and visit with an audio guide. The tickets were refunded to me after my telephone protests. I didn't receive any apology message. Obviously there are no refunds for the ruined day. Terrible purchasing experience on GetYourGuide.
