As we set off on our latest adventure, the familiar hum of our RV engine was a comforting reminder of the countless road trips my husband and I have embarked on over the years. This time, our destination was Crowley, Texas, a small town that promised a unique experience: a sunset horseback ride around Lake Benbrook.
