Enjoy the views and Mezcal - Eduardo, our tour guide, met us at the end of the cruise pier with our names on a sign - so easy to find to start the tour. Excursion takes you to several stops where you have time for pics and beautiful views. Comfortable van holds up to 10 (we had seven of us) with AC. Corona and water included. Stopped in local shop for many samples of Mezcal and coffee. Visited the beautiful Our Lady of Guadalupe. Nice way to spend 3.5 hours on a cruise ship stop. City is clean and friendly. Enjoy!

Very Good Excurion! - We took this excursion from the cruise ship. Eduardo and Eric picked us up at the end of the pier. The ride was very comfortable in the air conditioned bus. They provided waters at no additional cost. The views were amazing and he explained everything so well. We loved this trip very much and highly recommend it. We saw the highlights of the area at a reasonable price.

Very Good way to spend 4 hours - We had a very good and informative guide and only 4 people on the tour. Saw the highlights with beautiful views. Comfortable SUV with AC. Beer and water included. Stopped in local shops for demo and samples of Mezcal, chocolates, coffee, fabrics and hand made products. Visited and seen the beautiful and huge ceiling painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Nice way to spend 4 hours on a cruise ship stop. City is clean, people friendly and it feels safe. Very nice hotels and restaurants if you stay longer.

Very bad customer service - I booked the trip, had it confirmed. You took my money. I did not hear back until I sent an email to be told that it’s fully booked and my money will be returned. Your site allowed me to do the booking. It’s unfortunate and a travesty that a company your size & stature will allow this to happen to people like me who depend on site like yours to make these bookings. My advice to travelers, stay away from this site from doing any booking you want to count on when on holidays. The hotel option may be a tad more expensive but they are more reliable than this site. I was given the local supplier who I tried unsuccessfully to contact by a normal phone call, person would not answer. I did two WhatsApp invite, yet to hear back and I was expecting your supplier to NOT respond anyways. My advice to your company: treat your customers in a fair manner, they would be inclined to stay with you. Pick reliable suppliers locally that you can count on to deliver your bookings on your site. Good luck, my caution to all who want to book on this site, be wary that even they take your cash and confirm your booking, do not expect it to come to fruition.
