Short trip in Huatulco - This was a great tour to experience Huatulco by land - we got to see some amazing views and if we return we will take a boat trip to see the other bays. Eduardo was a great guide and all the arrangements were well organised. The bus was comfortable and the beer/water was much appreciated. Eduardo recommended a coffee shop on our return, right in the centre of the lovely town and it served great coffee. We saw a large green iguana whilst enjoying our drink. Would recommend this trip if you want to stay on land. Huatulco is a lovely town with a nice vibe.

Van tour of Huatulco - Travelled with Eduardo and 4 other customers to drive to five of the bays of Huatulco. Had opportunity to get out and take photos and Eduardo provided excellent commentary. Stopped for a mescal demonstration and some shopping in local store.

We did this on one of the... - We did this on one of the first days in Huatulco and I recommend it to get your bearings and see what is off of the resort! Eduardo was very intelligent, answered all of our questions. Small group size and a comfortable ride in the van! Gave us some good ideas to do later in the week that we wouldn’t have known otherwise! He also provided water and beer during the trip. One stop including a local mezcal tasting. Would definitely recommend for trip planning and just a nice outing!

See a lot in limited time - Eduardo was punctual and easy to find. His English was great and he was easy to understand. He provided us with a lot of information and took us to several vantage points to get photos. His van was modern with good A/C and he was a safe driver. We saw a lot in the short time we were there. Highly recommend!

Enjoy the views and Mezcal - Eduardo, our tour guide, met us at the end of the cruise pier with our names on a sign - so easy to find to start the tour. Excursion takes you to several stops where you have time for pics and beautiful views. Comfortable van holds up to 10 (we had seven of us) with AC. Corona and water included. Stopped in local shop for many samples of Mezcal and coffee. Visited the beautiful Our Lady of Guadalupe. Nice way to spend 3.5 hours on a cruise ship stop. City is clean and friendly. Enjoy!

Very bad customer service - I booked the trip, had it confirmed. You took my money. I did not hear back until I sent an email to be told that it’s fully booked and my money will be returned. Your site allowed me to do the booking. It’s unfortunate and a travesty that a company your size & stature will allow this to happen to people like me who depend on site like yours to make these bookings. My advice to travelers, stay away from this site from doing any booking you want to count on when on holidays. The hotel option may be a tad more expensive but they are more reliable than this site. I was given the local supplier who I tried unsuccessfully to contact by a normal phone call, person would not answer. I did two WhatsApp invite, yet to hear back and I was expecting your supplier to NOT respond anyways. My advice to your company: treat your customers in a fair manner, they would be inclined to stay with you. Pick reliable suppliers locally that you can count on to deliver your bookings on your site. Good luck, my caution to all who want to book on this site, be wary that even they take your cash and confirm your booking, do not expect it to come to fruition.
