Excellent Tour - My wife an I and I had an excellent time the guide and the captain couldn’t have been more engaging and helpful. August is not high season for Manatees at Crystal Lake but we had multiple. Lose encounters. Highly recommend them.

Just perfect! - The staff with small onions with us, good quality material (even the coffee was good😀). We saw the manatees up close after search efforts because few in this season. I recommend 100%.

One Of a kind experience! - Wonderful Touu with perfect Guide and Skipper! Even it was Summer we could find and snorkle wirh manatees! The Tour Guide was very experienced to find them in quiet spots!

Best Manatee Tour - The operators of this tour were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Captain Ross and Glenn were the BEST. Even though we didn’t go during “high” manatee season, I felt we had first class treatment and we got to have MULTIPLE close encounters with these magnificent animals.

Magical Manatee Experience. - What an awesome experience! We went out with Bri and Steve. It was my husband and my two children (11 and 6). Bri and Steve were so accommodating and kind. My son was apprehensive about the situation and they were able to ensure the rest of my family swam by a manatee despite my son wanting to remain in the boat. Bri and Steve were also very knowledgeable and shared their knowledge with us. I was able to tell That they loved what they do and because of that the experience was that much better. In addition to Bri and Steve the entire staff was kind and the shop nice. We highly recommend taking this tour, and ask for Bri and Steve!

Manatee swim with Bri and Captain Stephen - 3.5 year old and 6 year old - Highly recommend requesting both for any tour / not just manatee. Call to find out which time that day is best with tides. We got lucky, and were able to go by 3 Sisters Springs. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate our guide Bri. I misunderstood directions and went back to the boat early, and when she realized I didn’t get the best view, made It her mission for my son and I to have another peek. Captain Stephen was funny, knowledgeable and easy to hang with on the boat while others enjoyed the manatee experience. Our trip included 2 manatee stops. The first was with mom and baby - and they realized it wasn’t the best water clarity so found another 3 a little boat ride away. There was only about 10 manatees in the bay that day, so to be able to locate 5 in our short tour was more than I expected. Our friends recommended Water front Adventures manatee tour, she has same age kids. We were all so excited to go, and I think our 3.5 year old boy was just too excited. He struggled to keep the floating position (just wanted to swim). If we go again, definitely recommend practicing with a noodle before going. Our 6 year old was a great age to enjoy it. I’m glad I brought my husband, I initially planned to do it on my own with both kids. If you have any second guesses - there’s a spectator rate to save money on any additional people in your party. Our group was lucky and we were able to squeeze a quick swim at 3 sisters springs. It is not guaranteed, and Stephen used his knowledge and connections to make sure we got back in time to avoid being hostage on the side of the bridge at high tide. We can not wait to return!

Captain Ross and Glenn!!! - Amazing team with Captain Ross and Glenn; they were so knowledgeable and great with our kids. We had a large group of 13 with 7 kids and 6 adults. The Captain duos led us to manatees even though the water was murky and hard to find. We even went to a local spring and swam around. Kids had a blast and it was a great trip for all of us!

Mocha Manatees and fresh springs! - Excellent experience. Bri and our boat captain (I think his name is James) were amazing. They worked hard to find some manatees and then took us to explore some fresh springs. They made sure we had a great experience and awesome customer service. From hot cocoa to a mocha manatee, we were all set! Thank you for the adventure!

Great time friendly staff - We had an amazing time. Sadly we went during the off season when there wasn’t a lot of manatees. We did find one and Dustin made sure everyone was able to see her. My advice go early in the morning and during cold months.
