Great experience. - Friendly and entertaining tour guides, relaxing and perfect after a long day of activities. We spotted a manatee withing the first 5 minutes and got an up close view, with time to take pictures... even got to see some cool looking birds with babies in their nests.

Great Manatee day trip! - Great boat trip, the crew were wonderful, we learned a lot about Manatees, really enjoyed it and we highly recommend our day!

Tour in search of manatees - A very good tour! The boat was actually full, every seat was occupied, we were lucky enough to see the manatees even before boarding lol, the guide was attentive and at several moments we saw the manatees. A good tour for families. I would definitely go again. I went with my 7 month old baby, we didn't have any problems, it's very windy!! But nothing that a cloth can't solve.

Crystal River-Wow!! - The Cruise was very informative and we saw the beauty of Crystal River first hand! My entire family was on the one hour cruise and we could not have been happier with what we saw on the Cruise.

Great experience - Great experience! The captains were knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw lots of wild life including birds and manatees. They were very qualified . We felt safe.

Needs renovation - This property is in need of a major renovation. Signs of wear prominent. Ongoing problems with tv when we just wanted to sit back and relax. That being said there are some redeeming factors. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location to a variety of restaurants. Adventure center boat tour very nice. Pleasant outdoor surroundings. Will I go back? No unless major upgrades are complete. This was not a good value.

Very nice, but nothing special. - The trip was very pleasant. Started on time. Narrator was always trying to be funny, but he was fine, and did well at answering people's questions. The only reason I give it a 3 rating is because it truly is just a cruise around the bay. Yes, we saw a couple of manatee, but that was it. The only other wildlife we saw was an osprey, and then all the pretty houses were pointed out to us. It's a nice ride, just not sure it's worth the rather high cost of admission.
