This is a tour of a lifetime, come and enjoy snorkeling with these gentle giants. Definitely a must on any vacation on the beautiful Nature Coast of Florida. These amazing animals migrate to our warm waters during the winter months when the ocean temperature drops below 64°F, while a small herd stays during the summer months. We have been introducing people to their dreams of meeting manatees for over 40 years. We start the day with a short boat ride over to many beautiful freshwater springs where manatees congregate. Here, our professional staff will assist you, giving you a memory of a lifetime, interacting with the wonderful manatees.

What an experience! - This was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Captain Ross was very knowledgeable about the manatees, even knowing some of their individual names, and informative about the area. We went in the summer so only swam with a couple manatees, but we got a whole entire hour snorkeling with one of them because there weren’t many other tours going on.

Nice snorkeling with mannatees - Absolut fantastic trip on the river. Went to 2 different spots to snorkel. The guide was good and everything was very professional. we saw so many mannatees. Bring your own drinks and snacks!

seeing the manatees up close and personal - I loved swimming with the manatees, the dive shop check in was quick and easy, the boat ride to the swim location was nice and relaxing. The only negative was the captain giving us his unsolicited opinion that he felt that police were useless and should not make more than 15K a year. As a retired police officer this was insulting and not appropriate for this excursion, had nothing to do with manatees. Perhaps know your audience next time and keep the the personal opinions to yourself. Ain't nobody got time for that while on vacation !

Good time and good crew! - The tour was easy to book online. When we arrived at the dive shop, we were outfitted and prepped for the excursion with minimal delay. (We were there on a Tuesday in off-season.) Our guide, Darren, was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He has 29 years experience on the river. He explained all he was doing, but also was respectful of our requests to move on to other sites. We made it up river to the springs and got to observe several Manatee in their natural habitat in clear waters. Thanks, Darren for a once in a lifetime adventure!
