Nature’s Discovery Manatee Tours - Hop aboard our small passenger vessel for an intimate snorkel with the Florida Manatee! We take you through scenic King’s Bay in Crystal River, Florida in search of the wild Florida Manatee.
We specialize in family oriented small group and private manatee snorkeling tours. Upon arrival, you will be introduced to your in-water tour guide who will lead you to your boat and take photos every step of the way!
During the boat ride out, our in-water guide and captain educate guests on the proper way to snorkel with the protected wildlife and ensure a fun and safe experience for all ages! Once we find a manatee somewhere in our 600-acre Bay, we exit the boat and snorkel with the manatee. Our guide leads guests to the manatees and takes in-water photos throughout the entire tour. Afterwards these photos are available for purchase to ensure that you keep the memories of a lifetime!

A great experience! - We had a great experience with Grace our Guide in the Water and Dylan.
They are a great team! We loved this boat trip to snorkel with the manatees. Grace and Dylan gave us good explanations and they knew the life of manatees very well. It was very informative and we spent a lot of time under observing the manatee. Thank you Grace and Dylan for your kindness!

Manatee Tour Crystal River - Absolutely great experience. We had the first tour in the morning at 7 and were almost alone with the Manatees. Total respect for the animals. Both Our guide and the skipper were totally nice and professional. We had bought an underwater camera especially...forget it! The team takes wonderful photos (even affordable for $45 ) . you will receive them directly afterwards by email and you can completely relax and focus on the animals during the tour. Again, a big thank you, we hope everyone survived Hurricane Debby well.

Fabulous family fun! - The trip was wonderful. Hina and Jake took great care of us. We were all worried about the water quality after Hurricane Debby but we were blessed with better than expected conditions. We saw many manatees including a mother and her baby. When they surface, these gentle creatures show you their full face. And Hina took care of our 5-year-old granddaughter, letting her ride on her back so she didn’t miss a moment! Great photos, too! A fabulous family experience!

Wonderful experience - We had a wonderful time with Grace and Jake. We knew that manatees would be scarce but we still managed to see a couple and they got us up close. They were very knowlegeable about the manatees and other wildlife too. We really enjoyed the experience and hope we can come back again in the winter.

Bucket list morning! - An amazing morning with Grace as our guide and Evan as caption for our private tour for our group of 3. We were one of the first boats out and found a mother and baby manatee that we followed for a good amount of time virtually in our own. Grace had excellent knowledge and really looked after us in the water. We didn’t see any more manatees but Evan expertly sailed us around the area and pointed out other wildlife and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. Ours was one of the only boats that wasn’t crowded and the route and timings meant we had first dibs on the morning manatees. Recommended

An amazing experience - What a great day I had with my son. Our guide grace was fantastic and knowledgeable about the manatees. She made sure no one tried to touch them and was only nterested in their welfare which was great to see. She made sure we all got the chance to see them up close. A fantastic experience we won't forget

Swimming with a manatee in the wild was the top thing to do on my vacation list - This tour was hands down my favorite thing we did while on vacation. Grace was our tour guide and Evan was captain of the boat. Both were super friendly and knowledgeable. We got so close to the manatees and it was incredible. We swam with our manatee for well over an hour. Grace did an amazing job making sure everyone got a chance to be up close enough to observe while still being respectful to the manatee. And if you end up with a little extra time have them take you to the spring. You get to see where the water comes from and it's crystal clear.
