- Explorida - Manatee Swim Tours - Hop aboard one of our safe, comfortable, and clean US Coast Guard certified vessels where you will join your Master Captain to embark on your journey into the Kings Bay refuge waters. Our master captains are trained to find manatees on your manatee tour, even in the offseason, and will deliver the best manatee tour in Crystal River, FL—every time. You will be paired with one of our expert in-water guides who will be with you every step of the way to assist in making your manatee tour safe and memorable. Your in-water guide will also serve as your professional photographer to capture your manatee swim memories, and those photos will be available for purchase upon arrival back to our facility. For this tour, all required gear is included at no additional charge.

You HAVE to do this! - Amazing trip from start to finish! Emily got us trained and suited up! Our awesome guide and captain were knowledgeable and made the trip lots of fun! Amazing swim with several manatee sightings and two calves!! Got a private tour without paying for one due to few reservations at the 7 am trip! Get the picture package! Finished up with a swim and snorkel at three sisters! Was more than I hoped for! Great job to the explore team!

You have to do this! - Observing these amazing creatures in a natural habit! Being fortunate to see several manatees and two calves! The awesome captain Tyler and Lead guide Madeline! Getting an amazing experience with the manatees then concluding with some swimming and snorkeling in three sisters springs! Awesome trip with my daughters!

Thank you Christian (guide) and Captain Mike for an awesome experience with the manatees - Guide Christian and Captain Mike are phenomenal tour guides with tons of knowledge not only about manatees but also the entire ecosystem in the bay. Needless to say these guys will show you a great and memorable time. Thank you for a magical experience!!

Awesome manatee swim - It was so cool to swim with the Manatees. We saw several including momma and baby. Our tour guide Christian and our captain Mike were excellent. Definitely glad I came.

greatest experience ever - This was THE GREATEST experience! from beginning to end the employees were so kind and helpful and educational. their passion for the manatees is so real and awesome. I thought it would be just a pop in the water, see the manatee and pop out but no we lingered for a long time and even got back in the water when we were about to leave but saw another one!

Magical experience! - Such a great experience! We had Captain Mike and our Manatee expert was Christian, they both were phenomenal. Highly recommend, beautiful in rain or shine - we had mostly sun but a little rain and it honestly was magical. They take pics and you can buy them at the end, but it was worth it!

Explorida is the best - The Explorida crew were the best, very personable, knowledgable, and friendly. Carrie, Faith, Capt. Tom, and Topher too! Thanks for a memorable cruise. Faith’s excitement at seeing her first calf up close and personal, made our experience even better. Capt. Tom brought us to the best spots! The photos are a must purchase. Leave your camera and enjoy the trip! The Explorida crew took loads of photos while we swam next to these amazing creatures.

Fantastic experience - What a cool experience. Everyone involved was SO nice. Our guide Christian and captain Tyler were fantastic. They were knowledge with great personalities and really catered the tour to us and made us feel comfortable. The manatee swim was an incredible experience, and touring the springs was beautiful. 10/10 would go again. Thank you!
