You cannot find a better tour agency to Cuenca. - The drive to the city was full of wonderful sights of the Andes mountains rising through the clouds. The view of the city from Turi was amazing. The city is full of life and culture. The architecture is a sight to behold. Like the streets of an ancient city. The food is so genuine and to see the process of making authentic Ortega Panama hats is very interesting and full of history. A must see experience for all travelers to Cuenca.

My "English Speaking" guide spoke Little English...don't risk it Yourself and take another tour. - I've done this tour 18 months ago and had a good time- did it again when on my second visit because I don't speak Spanish and wanted an ENGLISH Tour to learn about the city and ask questions. My guide was very nice, super attentive and a good man...and didn't speak hardly ANY English. Ouch. I think he was embarrassed by not being able to understand even simple questions, but not as much as I was at having paid a LOT for a 1 Person Tour to have him point and things and say... "the market" "the bridge" ... I know some Spanish, and by the end of the tour the guide even gave up totally speaking in English and just spoke in Slow simple Spanish. In addition, he seemed to have NO idea what to do when it started raining and showed no local knowledge of the what was open and not, and wasn't interested in even looking it up...I actually knew more about the hours of local things of interest than he did, but couldn't get it across to him....so we basically just walked around without me understanding or learning much. I've had a lot of great Trip Advisor tours, but for the large amount of money I spent and little value gained, this was the low point of my trip.
