From this junction, we’ll progress towards the ancient Muslim fortress, later transformed into a Jewish quarter, and witness the remnants of the palace of the Marquises of Cañete, the Torremangana, the synagogue, and the splendid balcony that overlooks the Júcar gorge. Trekking around the medieval barriers of Calle del Carmen, our path will lead us to the grand houses of Calle Alfonso VIII homes. Here, we will find the Alfonso VIII tunnels and Casa del Corregidor. Our journey will include a walk through their backyards to marvel at Europe’s earliest skyscrapers.
