Maybe my favourite tour yet in Spain! - I went here with a Spanish and English friend of mine yesterday. I´ve been wanting to go see la Cuidad Encantada for a while. We choose the guided tour (it was 1€ more than the 5€ entrance fee and was maybe the best value I´ve spent for an entrance ever). Our guide was Almudena and she was amazing. We learned so much about the natural and geological history of this unique natural place. She was an amazing storyteller. She told us about the plants, the rock formations, and kept the group completely entertained (even the kids) the whole time. I think the tour must have been an hour (I lost track of the time). The rock formations are so interesting. The tour was in Spanish only (I speak Spanish so I loved it). We translated things for my friend along the way. I will definitely add it to my list of trips to take my visitors to when they come to see me in Madrid. Please do the tour if you go. You won´t regret it.
