One breath 7 days trip! - Recently I experienced a most amazing breathtaking adventure going with my daughter Evelina to a 7 day tour with Viator guides... The tour was brilliantly organized and performed through efforts of such outstanding talented guides as Roberto and Lorenzo. Also the drivers and the rest of the interpretors team. Roberto surrounded us, tourists, with his special warm attention, care and comfort; Lorenzo picked up our spirit to the level of heaven and carried us in heavenly blissful mood during our several days trips to grandiose canyons and valleys, monumental parks and historic routes! His romantic admiration of natural wonders couldn't leave untouched anybody's soul! His wonderful performance was amplified with impressive American and Italian signature songs that would carry everyone in bliss during our long bus drive... Everyone was excited and inspired! It takes certain talent, mood and deep knowledge to organize everything into one masterpiece tour - that was our impression of Lorenzo' s performance... I am very grateful to our guides and drivers who were working so hard and non stop to make all of us feel comfortable and joyful! Thanks to the Viator organizers, Diana Belinska Atlanta, GA

My San Francisco to all the CANYONS IN UTAH - I had the most beautiful and interesting trip to all the awesome places here in California. The tour guides Lorenzo and Roberto we're great and fun and informative. My favourite was Lorenzo,he made my trip exciting, incredible and heavenly by taking us through the history of the places and of the country past. He was my great photographer cause I was traveling alone. The Drivers were excellent. Thank you guys you the best. The help assistant and caring by the employees on tour , all of them were excellent. Love you guys. Viator thank you for organising such a platform. Made it safe for me as a single woman of 60 to travel in another country safely. Also all the hotels were wonderful and clean and accommodated all my wants and needs.im well and happy and most definitely will share and come back and always travel on tours with you cause I now done 7 tours with you in weeks and a half weeks, 💓 bye see u soon . Excellent tour and great value for money. - I was solo travelling solo. The 7 day tour is actually a composite of 3 tours ( LA to San Fransisco and Yosemite, transportation to LV with overnight stay , LV to Grand Canyon , Antelope, Bryce canyons , Zion park and back to LA). Roberto was the main guide and he was excellent and was very well organised. He was ably assisted by few other guides including Michael Hansel who acted as interpreters to the diverse group of global travellers in the party. We travelled comfortably in a a big tour bus with wifi facilities. The accommodations provided were excellent. Overall, the sense of organisation and the attention to detail was highly impressive. The trip obviously involves long distance travel hence the time spent on each location was rather limited but this was inevitable to cover all the highlights of the tour. It was a travel product with great value for money even with a single traveller supplement cost. I would highly recommend this tour for those who have a limited time but wish to see many attractions from the west coast.

Best 7 day land tour I've had. - The whole tour is very well designed. I can't think of any way to improve on it. The guides were all friendly,

Tiring but worth the money - Went on this tour and it's worth every penny spent. The tour guides were very informative and knowledgeable. We had to change guides and buses once we started off our 4th day of the tour. The first part covers more of the Californian coastal towns of Santa Barbara and Solvang. Next is the city tour of San Francisco - City Hall, Chinatown and a cruise to the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatras. Las Vegas comes alive with its nightlife and spectacular views. The second part of the tour brings us spectacular rock formations at three different famed locations in Arizona and Utah. Also took a boat cruise of Lake Powell. Overall, we are privileged to view the coastal as well as the desert landscapes during this tour. Kudos to the tour operator for such a memorable trip.

This tour takes you to the most fantastic places - My partner and I recently completed the 7 Days tour of the California Coast, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion Park. The tour overall was fantastic. The bus was neat and comfortable, the locations were all stunning and the guides all were very knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout out to Brenda and Lorenzo who were both excellent guides who clearly love what they do and love shearing all these amazing places with people. Considering the price of this tour, the hotels for the most part were great. My biggest issue with them was that the hallways and rooms in some of the hotels stank of smoke or had other foul smelly orders to them. My main vote for 4 stars for this tour was not the tour itself but actually lack of communication from the tour company prior to the tour taking place. Aside from getting a booking confirmation I received no further emails from the tour company. Having done similar tours with other companies before this was a bit of red flag as you would normally receive some sort of communication emails leading up to the trip. Due to this, I was not even sure that this tour was real and if the bus would even turn up to the meet point. I was very glad that it did, however I can suggest to make future customers more at ease providing some more correspondence before the trip would be beneficial. Despite this, I would recommend Empire Vactions and I would tour with them again should I find myself back in the USA.

American West, deserts and Las Vegas. All in one. - Definitely one of the best scenic tours I have ever taken. Incredible landscapes, in natural settings of indescribable beauty, both in Yosemite and Grand Canyon, as well as in Brice Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Zion National Park. .. Good tours with unforgettable views on 17 Mile Drive, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. People of various nationalities went on the tours, so there were several guides in each of the three parts of the tour. As for the guidance in Spanish, excellent guides, although only one of them (in the second part of the tour) was 100% in native Spanish. The other two were, a Brazilian and an Italian respectively, but with a very good level of Spanish, and they made an effort at all times to answer my questions and clear up my doubts. Excellent hotels with breakfasts as expected, except in Las Vegas, where they give you a voucher for Starbucks, which does its job well. The tour presented variations with respect to what was offered and how it was offered on the internet. On the one hand, we did not stop at Horseshoe Bend, as promised, and on the other hand, the Lake Powell cruise did not take place. Despite the above, I highly recommend this tour. In any case, it is a very complete route, quite interesting, with truly amazing landscapes.

Great tour but…….. - Lack if organisation to start the trip, people moved out of their seats several times to accommodate translators. Surely this could have been mapped out prior to boarding the coaches. We finally set off only to pull over in a car park (one of many) about an hour out of LA. 2 changes of coaches and a 2 hour wait for a new coach as the door was broken. Several arguments between drivers and tour guides, then an argument on the coach with a fellow traveller and staff member when she refused to change seats again. Then the coach broke down on the freeway, where we were stranded on the side of the road for a further 2 hours in fairly extreme heat. Compensation…pizza and a drink on the bus after a further wait in another car park. The first day on the road was a gruelling 17 hours, arriving at our motel at 1130 at night. All the scenery we saw was absolutely fabulous, although too much time was taken on the guide taking photos for the group and other random people. Change of guides and driver from Vegas to Zion. Thank you to the wonderful Mark Skinner our guide. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, going out of his way to add an extra experience when Bryce Canyon was closed due to inclement weather. Antelope Canyon was a highlight for me, absolutely stunning! Mark left us on our return to Las Vegas and the final trip back to LA. Sadly we were left in care of a rather nasty tour guide who was refusing to drop off the passengers who were disembarking from the farmers market at LA. More arguments between her and other staff, who were trying to reason with her and explain the trip was about the passengers not her! She reluctantly took us to our final destination when the one remaining translator got off at the first stop at LA., which caused another argument when he refused to get back on the coach, he was jumping up and down on the sidewalk saying it wasn’t his job to escort the remaining passengers to the end destination. All in all the destinations we visited were fantastic, most of the hotels were comfortable, although many were reminiscent of the corridors in the movie The Shining. Thank you to the Navajo Nation for accomodating us. This company needs to have a good look at who they employ because some are giving you a bad name

Terrible experience of treatment and organization, the places are beautiful, a shame that their bad work environment ruins it. - 1. One of the drivers was using his phone during all the trips, while driving, which caused constant zig-zag and increased the risk of an accident, it was reported and he still continued doing it. 2. The second guide presented with a SEVERE respiratory tract infection. That made it difficult for him to speak and translate and also infected several people on the trip, including us. 3. Terrible organization in general, we heard calls from the guides to their company who were upset because they wanted to change the route or make them stay and that caused them to treat us badly because they were upset doing their job. On several occasions travelers asked them things and they answered very rudely. 4. None of the guides except for one (who only accompanied us the first two days) gave us their number in case of emergency, which occurred at the end and they could not help until the next day. 5. Poor organization took away hours of rest and scheduled hours of entertainment, leaving the vacationer more exhausted than necessary. 6. They did not ask for tips on 3 occasions, we had never had a tour like this. It is extremely uncomfortable, because also if they had asked for it at the end after all the bad things that I will tell you, no one would have given anything. But we had already given the tips and they even gave us a guide at the end. 7. We had to remind them that we had to place the luggage organized at the end due to the multiple destinations of the various travelers and then the guides had to give notice that all the luggage should be taken down again and placed organized, it is incredible that they do not notify in time the most essential. 8. The last driver change that took place halfway to Los Angeles was the WORST of all. That driver spoke to us in a bad way from the moment he got into the truck, he did not want to give us any type of information, and he was not the guide with us for translations from Las Vegas-Los Angeles. The driver was visibly upset, driving at high speed and picked up two people (two apparently underage girls who were carrying some flowers), modifying our route, as if it were a local passenger truck. I leave them somewhere else, delaying our arrival. Furthermore, this almost 3-hour journey did not have any courtesy stops, which on all tours are mandatory at least every 2 hours to carry out basic needs. To make matters worse, when we arrived at our destination he did not want to take down the luggage, he said that it was not his job because it was not his job and one of the travelers suffered a severe blow to the head when he took down his suitcase. The driver got even more angry and because he left angry, he left a suitcase belonging to a traveler that did not correspond to those who got off at that stop. When the truck left, he left that suitcase and we had to contact the only number we had for the first Guide to let him know what happened. Fortunately, one of the travelers who got off at that stop had a relative in Los Angeles and they took that suitcase and we don't know if he recovered it. Definitely the worst experience we have had on a tour trip. It is a real shame since the places visited are beautiful, but if you lose rest time, if you notice the poor organization and the staff's annoyance with their own work, if the drivers do not respect the safety of travelers, you lose everything. , it becomes a nuisance and one wants the martyrdom to end instead of ending up happy, which is what one pays a tour for, to live a beautiful and friendly experience. Avoid ruining your vacation by hiring this tour, which is the same one purchased through USA TOURS. A shame.
