Beautiful Lakes and Great Guide - Duncan was a wonderful tour guide. Even though there was a road closure which affected the trip itinerary, he adjusted and showed us some additional beautiful sights to make up for it. I highly recommend this tour!!

Tim the legend - Me and my partner went on the six lakes tour yesterday with Tim as our tour operator. Tim is fantastic and kept us entertained throughout the entire tour. You can really tell that Tim loves his job and his positivity really shows. Would 10/10 recommend anyone to do this.

Good one! - A good way to get a quick experience of Lake District and the scenery. Derek, our guide and driver, was well knowledge and of good humour too. Recommended, especially if you are short on time.

Wonderful day trip with a wonderful driver - This bus tour was wonderful. Lisa was incredibly knowledgable and quite funny as well. I loved the fun facts she told us - I wrote many of them down to remember. I was also very impressed with her driving, especially through all the hills and mountains! It was the perfect amount of time and a great way to see a good amount of the lakes district. I was feeling quite car sick toward the end, and Lisa was very accommodating to my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Great couple of hours! - Brilliant tour with Mark H, great alternative routes with spectacular views! Marks knowledge of the area is vast from origins of places names, geology and cattle. Will be going on another mountain goat tour when I come back.

Views dependent on what time of year you take this trip. - The scenery is spectacular with most roadside trees just beginning to develop buds. The landscape was “saturated” with moss, stone walls and waterfalls. In addition, it was good to be given enough time to appreciate every attraction, too, with just enough time in Grasmere village to catch lunch. One could find other pursuits that go hand- in-hand with sightseeing, such as walking, visiting a farm, or scouting the shops at Bowness- on- Windermere. But, we were leaving the area right after the tour, so it made sense to hit for the tour option. Even though the drivers were charming on both of our two Mtn. Goat tours, (the other was the Beatrix Potter homes, the day after we arrived on Bowness-on-Windermere), they can only entertain so much. One could spend a half-day more productively if the climate were different - as, on a sunny day - but I would prefer to remain under cover of a big van as long as it’s raining. The view down from the top of Ridley pass - and the one from the peak itself - would have been even better were it not for being fogged in. Nobody’s fault there, Overall, a good way to pass the time even on a day that might be lost to weather, anyway.

False/And or Misleading Titles (Things to do in Keswick) That Weren't in Keswick. - I would have loved to have gone, however, the trip was advertised as "Things to Do IN Keswick". Unfortunately, I realized too late that I would have to drive 18 miles or more to meet up with the group. I just couldn't do that. Add to that, my email pleas for a refund went on deaf ears until it was too late to secure a refund. Further, I made my own way up to see the Castlerigg Stone Circle...it was after 2 pm...the Mountain Goat Tour bus passed me on the way up, barreling up to the top with a fierce rapidity. After awhile, it roared down the hill, and would have certainly hit me if I had not cowered against a stone wall. I guess you would say that I was disappointed. 35 pounds isn't a horribly expensive amount to lose, but, the inflexibility of the company is a little much.
