👌🏾 AWESOME - This tour was awesome!!! The guide David was very intelligent and also was able to speak good English. The ride up was majestic! The favela was striking and life-changing. We had security. I don't recommend kids going. Thanks it was perfect.

The best tour in Bogotá - WOW - this was the most amazing thing I did in Bogotá. I learned so much about Bogotá's history and current events. We saw so much, some things beautiful and some things difficult and heartbreaking. The tour and the guides made a huge impact on me and I was left with a feeling of hope and optimism for the people. This tour helps local people and is not exploitative. I felt one hundred percent safe as the guides were absolutely amazing and obviously they are respected people in the community. The driver was also safe and friendly. Overall this tour was the perfect travel day. Thank you so much.

Holiday unforgettable - Excellent experience, you have to live it to tell it, many times we get carried away by comments that Cd Bolivar is a very dangerous place. We call it dangerous areas where humble people are. Poor people as they commonly say. I invite you to admire the whole city of Bogota. From the cable car and reach the Mirador el Paraiso. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. @DAVID EXCELLENT GUIDE.

What a worthwhile tour! - Our trip with David was fascinating and we learned so much. It is important to get out of the tourist areas—and one’s comfort zone—to see how people really live. David is a great guide, ant at no point did we feel unsafe. You will be glad you ventured into Ciudad Bolívar.

Unforgettable - This was a fascinating, eye-opening and beautiful tour, with our great guide, David. The setting is stunning, and we were privileged to get a glimpse into lives so different from our own. We felt perfectly safe in the company of David and John. This tour is worthwhile in so many ways.

Barrio El paraíso , Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral - The visits were very nice. The guide was attentive and understanding because I didn’t speak Spanish or English so made a lot of efforts to make me understand what allowed me to take full advantage of the visits we could do and I took full view! Thanks again David

Paraiso Ciudad Bolivar & Street of Color Are Amazing and a MUST See! - David was very knowledgeable and kind & I especially enjoyed learning about Muisca people, the gold used by the indigenous people, emeralds, and the importance of salt to these people. He knew the indigenous names for certain places (mountains, lakes, and rivers) and he took great pictures of me. The bodyguard was a bonus, made me feel more secure knowing that a local resident (that everyone knows and respects) was there to see I was safe at the top of Paraiso Ciudad Bolivar.

Interesting - It was an interesting way to see the slum “El Paraíso”. Somewhat uncomfortable I found it, because you stand out as a tourist and did not necessarily want to be the "disaster tourist". Samuel was our Guide and although his English was not bad he sometimes lacked the vocabulary to bring a little more depth to the tour. It was also a shame that he didn’t let John as a community leader give a little more input. John seemed to know and know a lot of people, but due to my lack of knowledge of the Spanish language I came to know (too) little about him. All in all a tour to recommend, because it can safely see the less fortunate side of Bogota and the progress in the neighborhood.
