A good day out. - We spent the best part of a day here. There was so much to do and so many different animals to see. We took in the morning bird show, which was really good. Very informative and fun. There is good signage to help you get around the huge property. There are plenty of toilets and several different places to choose for lunch. This place is good for adults, but it would make an amazing day out for families.

Awesome experience - Had an amazing 3 hours, certainly one activity the whole family enjoyed. Helpful staff and love that it’s mostly all on the flat.

Amazing - especially the koala experience! - This was a wonderful experience. Even though it was cold and raining, we really enjoyed walking around. We were able to get close to a lot of animals and experience them without them being behind the bars of a cage. The koala experience was pricey but well worth it - we were in the enclosure with 5 koalas and got to be right up next to them. The keeper was fun and friendly and very knowledgeable. We even got to hold a koala for a picture! The only recommendation I have is for them to consider changing the position guests are asked to use while holding the koala - it was very uncomfortable and felt insecure, especially for my children (teens). We held a koala at a different sanctuary and felt much more comfortable. But overall, that was such a minor thing in a generally wonderful experience.

Great day. - Went there today. Had a great time. The bird show was excellent with staff explaining things so well. (Although sometimes I was wishing there was no background music. As a hearing impaired person, it sometimes drowned out the talking). Later we went to the Lorikeet feeding, amazing if you don’t mind birds landing on you. Had 2 on my head, another came and landed on my hand which I was able to get a good selfie with it. But absolutely loved our day there.

Great experience with the animals - The wildlife sanctuary was fantastic. Really enjoyed the interaction with the kangaroos, the bird show, and holding the koala. All the workers and volunteers were great too (shout out to Helen!).

This is worth going to. - This was a last-minute decision to go here as both my sisters have been here before, it didn't disappoint. It was easy to get around, shaded and the train ride added to all sorts of disabilities and even an area for parents with prams. The only negative is you have to pay for the carpark as well. Highlight: The bird show.

A great tour to discover Australia's biodiversity - A beautiful zoo, with several species from Australia. The enclosures are large and there are enclosures for interaction with some animals, such as kangaroos. Everything very clean and organized

Alright - Includes the zoo and treetop challenge courses. The courses have different levels of difficulty but remain accessible and challenging. The team is present and attentive. The course takes place above the zoo and there is a zipline course above the crocodiles and kangaroos. The park is well landscaped with fairly large fed areas for animals and a diversity of species. Easily accessible by public transport. It was a good day!

Fun day out - Parking is 10 dollars and is opposite the wildlife sanctuary or you can try and find street parking. Admission was worth it when you considered the included train ride and shows. High ropes course is extra. I enjoyed seeing the bilbies, koalas and eels and pelicans and dinosaurs. The llamas and guinea pigs were also cute. We spent 4 hours here and the sanctuary is well signed. The map has been updated also.

Somewhat disappointing - Nice place with a pretty walk. Great to see koala so close and the salt water croc was huge! We went from 10am to around 1pm and saw about 4 lorikeets. Very disappointing. Really poor to have bird feeding at 8am and 4pm. Nothing like it used to be. Terrible completely useless map too. Overall, not great value for money and don’t go if you expect to feed lots of birds (unless you go early or late).
