Best way to end our trip to Costa Rica! - The waterfall tour was beyond excellent. Johnathan was a fantastic guide and took very good care of us. The current is very strong getting into the waterfall but the guides work together to get everyone in. The waterfall is beautiful. Be careful with clothing choices as one gentleman’s swim trunks came flying out of the current! Lol. No bikinis ladies! We did the river tubing after and Johnathan and Elias were fantastic keeping us from flipping over. They definitely got a good workout! We also had transportation to and from the tour as well as airport transfers. Cannot recommend Fabricio’s tour company enough. The drivers were always on time and fantastic, super helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stop at a market quickly before heading to our airbnb. Fabricio always answered any questions almost immediately, even outside business hours. Thank you Fabricio! We had an absolutely fantastic time in Costa Rica! Pura Vida!!

Adventure of a Lifetime!! - We LOVED our hiking and swimming experience with the La Leona Waterfall Adventure Hike!! A trio of us aged 59, 66 (I had knee replacement 6 months prior) and 85 had the trip of a lifetime. Thanks to the wonderful guide and assistance of Axel who was AMAZING!!! He was first and foremost concerned of our safety, our comfort with the speed of travel, and our level of enjoyment. He has lived his entire life in the region and knows the area well. We cannot say enough what a wonderful experience this was and highly recommend it, even if you are an aging adult that is adventure seeking.

This tour is super fun, beautiful but it’s a workout! - This is a hike, don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a leisurely walk. You are hiking through dense rainforest, rock-laden trails, along rivers, across rapids (yes you are crossing rapids at least twice). The terrain is natural, hilly and for the most part, you will be wet. If you have mobility issues, think hard about the this hike. From a hike perspective, this was a great tour. Again, you will not be bored but you will be tired! I have hip issues so I found the hike doable but not easy whatsoever. Again, just be ready to be wet for the 3+ hours you are hiking ;) From a tour perspective. Fabricio and his team are top-notch! Our guide, Luis, was acachete (awesome in Spanish I think). Every employee was polite, courteous and had a great grasp of English. The facilities (to change and park) were super clean, and the flurry of people and cameras everywhere made me feel very safe about leaving my personal items in my car Definitely recommend fabricio’s company if you choose to come here

Amazing place, great guides and we will be back! - We had an amazing day at Le Loana. We did the hike into the waterfall itself followed by a tubing experience. Made for a long, amazing and well worth it day. Victor and Diego were our guides and did a great job of explaining what we were doing and the safety measures we need to be aware of. We will be back as well as recommend this to our family and friends as a must do!

La Leona Waterfall/Tubing Adventure - We last minute decided to go to La Leona Waterfall on our last full day in Costa Rica and we couldn’t have made a better decision! Our guides Ian and Diego were fantastic. The one thing we really appreciated was how much Ian (our main guide) cares about nature and wildlife. His passion for it really stood out on our tour. They made sure we had a great time, stopped to take pictures of us whenever we wanted to stop, and got us to the amazing waterfall before it got crazy busy. After the hike back we river tubed and it was so much fun. There were 2 families in our group, total of 8 people, and they had 6 guides on the river with us to make sure we didn’t get stuck and make sure we were safe. They went ahead of us during the larger rapids and would help if we needed help. I can’t say enough good things about this tour and I’m so glad we chose this as our last activity in Costa Rica!

Amado - I lovedddd my tour guide Brandy he was amazing and made sure i was safe the whole time. He was really sweet and genuine. I wish i could see him again. The waterfall hike was super exciting and the water tubing also was adrenaline pumping Mucha diversión !!!

5 star trip with the best guides - We had an amazing trip, both the hike and the white water tubing were amazing!! The crew; Ian , Enios and Matcho and the rest of the guys were fantastic. They guided us with expert knowledge and safety. Would 100% recommend!!!

Exhilarating and beautiful! Good level of fitness and confidence in the water required! - Brilliant experience from start to finish. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable and all the equipment was in good quality. Tubing at the end was so much fun and a lot knarlier than I had anticipated. Car park really big and easy to find with showers and toilets. The only issue is that the Trip Advisor description is a bit misleading. You only see the waterfall if you manage to swim against a really strong current and haul yourself along a rope with all your body strength which only about 6 people in our group managed - but it really was beautiful once we managed to do that and see it!
