Inolvidable - Excellent tours with Berny, we enjoyed it a lot was a private tour and even took my dog and he was able to do the tour with us, it was an unforgettable experience.

A MUST DO EXPERIENCE!! - This waterfall hike and river tubing was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. It was perfect for our adventure seeking boys (age 8 and 9). They loved tubing down the rapids as well as hiking up rocks, across rivers and into the cavern of La Leona waterfall. It was amazing to be able to actually swim right next to the waterfall, and learn about the area. Our guides were so knowledgeable, helpful and even took us for a few additional jumps into the river to make our boys extra happy! We can't say enough great things about what an amazing experience this was. Our family highly recommends this tour to anyone looking for something unique and adventurous to do.

GREAT Tour! - Had a GREAT time doing the hike to the falls and tubing down the Colorado river through the rapids. The staff were excellent, always felt safe and taken care of. Bernie and the staff were super friendly and made sure we had a great time. Highly recommend this tour, although the hike is quite strenuous, do would not recommend for people with physical difficulties. Had a BLAST…definitely the best tour of our trip!

Professional well managed outfit - We had a great experience, doing the waterfall hike and the Colorado River tubing. Amazing. Best tour guide ever. - We were a group of 11, 2 families from California and Michigan. Our tour guide Pablo was the best guide we have ever had, for any tour ever! He was awesome with our kids who were ages 9-19. The hike was educational, fun, adventurous and super safe. It was always safety first. Pablo was super patient, and gave us options throughout the day for what fit us best, and he never rushed us. Bernie organized the tour and was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, and very detail oriented. The whole staff at Colorado adventure tours was friendly, respectful and had awesome attitudes, very joyful. We met at their main office in Rincon and went to the waterfall hike and then tubing. Bernie organized a Costa Rican meal at the end of our tour closeby and it was authentic Costa Rican food, delicious and it was a clean facility. We will definitely be recommending Colorado adventures to our friends and family. Ask for Pablo as a guide! Amazing day! Fun rapids with great guides who know what they are doing - My partner and I wanted to do a little more adventure when we were visiting Guanacaste and saw a tubing tour and decided to do it. It took us about 1.5 hours to get there from Flamingo Beach but it was well worth it. The tubing itself was an absolute blast. We were flipped, splashed, and laughed. It was just my partner and I on the tour so we had two guides with us that were amazing. They were great at guiding us down the river. The rapids were pretty great since they just got done with rainy season and the river was high. Sadly, due to this the river was not as beautiful as some of the pictures I have seen. But it made the tour all the more fun. Thank goodness for our guide since at the end we almost both sailed down to Nicaragua since we missed the rope. But it was no problem for our guides to help us out and make sure we got back to where we needed to be. I would not recommend for anyone with back issues or mobility issues as if you are filled you need to be able to right yourself. Overall, an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend for those looking for a little more adventure in their Costa Rica trip! Thank you!

MUST DO!! SERVICE IS 2ND TO NONE! - My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in Costa Rica. On October 22, 2024 we had the absolute pleasure of doing the Colorado Full Combo. The service Berny provided was 2nd to none! His attention to detail was impeccable (he met us by the river's edge with a towel - something the guides with the other groups didn't do!) We ziplined, rode horses, tubed down the Colorado River (SO FUN!!!) and wrapped our time with a mud bath and soak in the hot spring. We really enjoyed Berny's personalized service. We never had to ask him to take a picture or video, etc because he always thought of it first. We HIGHLY recommend Colorado Adventure Tours. We will definitely give Berny a call the next time we're there. He is so friendly and personable and you can just tell that he gets pure joy from helping you have a great time!
