The route traverses rocks and rivers with inclines and declines, making it unsuitable for individuals with knee, ankle, or leg issues. For those without mobility problems, including individuals in their 60s or 70s, the activity is relatively easy.

Closed shoes are recommended for the hike. Exercise caution with water shoes, as some may have thin soles, potentially causing discomfort towards the end of the excursion.
