PICK UP FROM THE AIRPORT - CITY TOUR

Sacsayhuaman - A representative from Chullos Travel Peru will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a free morning to rest and acclimate. At 2:00 pm, you’ll be picked up from the hotel for a city tour, starting with a 45-minute guided visit to Koricancha (Temple of the Sun). Afterward, a 30-minute drive will take you to Sacsayhuaman (from Quechua Saqsay = place of satiation and Waman = Falcon, meaning “place where the Falcon is satiated”). Next, visit Qenqo (a ritual center on a rocky outcrop), a place filled with mysticism that you’ll feel upon entering the rock formation. A 15-minute drive will then bring you to PucaPucara (red fortress), a military construction. The last stop is Tambomachay, known as the Inca Bath, where water worship took place. After the tour, you’ll return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 7:00 pm.

SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS - AGUAS CALIENTES

Sacred Valley of the Incas - We’ll pick you up from the hotel at 8:00 am to start the tour of the Sacred Valley. After a 1.5-hour drive, we’ll arrive at the archaeological site of Pisaq for a guided tour of about 1 hour. Traveling along the Willkamayu River (Sacred River), we’ll reach Urubamba, the capital of the Sacred Valley, where we’ll enjoy a buffet lunch featuring typical Andean cuisine. After lunch, a 30-minute drive will take us to the town of Ollantaytambo to visit its archaeological site, including a 1-hour guided tour of the Temple of the Sun, The Intihuatana, the Princess Baths, and Andean terraces. We’ll then head to the train station to board a train to Aguas Calientes, where we’ll spend the night. In the evening, the guide will visit your hotel to provide all the details for your visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

LOST CITY OF THE INKAS MACHUPICCHU

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - We’ll wake up early to catch the bus to the Machu Picchu ruins. The guided tour duration will depend on the type of entry ticket. After the tour, we’ll return to the village for lunch. You’ll have free time before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo and then a bus to Cusco. Arrival time will depend on the available train schedule.

MARAS-MORAY

Salinas de Maras - The tour begins with an 8:00 am pick-up from the hotel to head to the town of Maras. After passing through Maras, we’ll proceed to Moray, home to an agricultural laboratory considered a magnetic center of Pachamama. Here, we’ll have a 40-minute guided tour. Afterward, a 30-minute drive will take us to the salt mines “salineras” for a 1-hour guided tour, with time for shopping for salt or souvenirs. We’ll return to Cusco via the same route, arriving at approximately 3:00 pm.

HUMANTAY LAKE

Humantay Lake - At 4:00 am, we’ll pick you up from the hotel to travel to the town of Mollepata for breakfast. We’ll then continue to Soraypampa, where we’ll begin a 1.5-hour hike to the Humantay Lagoon, situated at an altitude of 4,250 meters above sea level. During the hike, you’ll appreciate the local flora and fauna. We’ll then descend to Soraypampa to take the bus back to Mollepata for lunch before returning to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:00 pm.
