Very good experience - We loved the 6-day tour to the Manu National Park and Reserved Area. Our guide, José Medina, an expert biologist in microbiology and ethology, continuously provided information on the fauna of the place, and also on the flora. Long boat trips (sometimes made eternal) allow you to see changes in river course, vegetation and different animals on the go, as well as being super relaxing. You have to be aware that what you will see is unpredictable: animals are in their natural habitat and are not waiting for you. Jungle walks are an adventure. In our case there were days that we saw many and others that very few. Be prepared for mosquitoes and any possible encounters with nasty bugs. The lodges in which we sleep super authentic and well cared for, some basic, but you don't need more if you want a total immersion. And although it is not the most important thing, to highlight how delicious was the food that Ivan, the cook who accompanied us, made each day. In short, a highly recommended experience.

Best guide and tour operator for Manu. - We had a super experience in Manu, our guide was the best, Jose Medina, he was a real expert and never rest until we found a jaguar that was the best moment, the royal crown. Also Expediciones Vilca was the best decision we made, their team and infrastructure were incredible. I cant forget to mention the food, wonderful. Real professionals. Highly recommended.
