Legit Bean to Bar Experience - Very informative class. You learn a lot about chocolate from all regions, not just Peru. The instructor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the history of chocolate. You literally make the chocolate from bean to bar. Such a fun experience.

Great fun and informative - This was great Louis did an excellent job. He gave a lot of information while keeping the event fun. The only thing people need to aware of is once class is done it takes 45 min to have your chocolate harden so you need to plan when you will be able to pick it up.

Be aware their website is... - Be aware their website is not up to date - they do not have a 8:30 am class. But you can book it and aren’t made aware of a time change to the 11 pm class until late in the afternoon the day before you are scheduled. Can create a scheduling issue if you have an afternoon tour booked. Interesting class, but a lot of fluff time built into the 2 hours - arranging beans in the shape of animals, song competition…and you are standing on a stone floor for the entire class. The chocolate candies you make won’t cure for 45 minutes after the class, so you need to return to get your chocolate bars.

Very good experience. - We were lucky enough to participate in a class with Miguel that gave us a professorship on cocoa and allowed us to make our own chocolates. Of particular note is the willingness and enormous variety of products produced. Thank you very much to everyone at Choco Museo.
