Recommended 100% - Recommended 100% we were with the RONMEL Guide great person and very attentive to the group and each of the members, their cultural knowledge very good and too attentive. When you book ask for the tour with him, I recommend.

Humantay lagoon - Excellent service, since they pick you up they are very attentive and punctual. They give you the time to enjoy the scenery, and the ronmel guide has a lot of knowledge about each place.

Laguna Humantay - Excellent service, picked us up in the early morning, then we had breakfast and climbed the mountain to meet the lagoon and the glacier. The Edwin guide was excellent and gave the group a good time. Super recommended

All very well - From Argentina, with friends guided tour of humantay lagoon.
The edwin guide excellent in his explanations and his willingness to accompany and guide the group at all times. Very attentive when taking pictures of us in a privileged location of the lagoon.
In turn both the driver and the vehicle also in good condition.
Very good breakfast and lunch.

Ghosted me - I booked the tour the day before. There was availability and i was able to book the tour. Given the short turnaround time messaged the tour company to confirm my 4am pick up. I never got a response. I messaged them again in the morning (at 4am) and never got a response and the tour guide never arrived. I had to request a refund from Viator. May be a good tour, they just never communicated with me and did not arrive to pick me up. Wasted a day of my vacation plans.
