Private City Tour Cusco - We had the tour with Bruce and it was excellent detail. We had little time and managed to take us to all the points of interest. Super recommended!

Historical walk to understand the origin of Cuzcoqo - Half-day tour to know all the history, foundation and formation of the city, historic buildings and Catholic churches, then visit the market of San Pedro full of traditions, fabrics, crafts and very good food, all cheaper than in other resorts. Finally we walk down long stone stairs to enjoy the beauty of San Blas and a panoramic viewpoint. Alejandro excellent Guide handles many historical data, explains very well in Spanish and English. Finally he took us to the Inca museum in front of the Joy Square. Highly recommended, an excellent experience.

Mixed English & Spanish, Sketchy Pickup but was still fun. - There was a bit of miscommunication during pick up, as we were picked up late due. The guy who picked us up, didnt really say anything to us besides confirm what our name was then he just started walking. We assumed he just wanted us to follow. He got us in a taxi and then we got off to continue walking. It would have been nice to have a little explanation as to what was happening. My husband and I dont speak Spanish, but we have been using Google Translate so we could have understood him if he made an effort to at least talk to us (even in Spanish). Eventually we got together with the rest of the group.
The rest of the tour went well. Our tour guide, Romolo was full of knowledge. He is a professor who taught about the history of Peru so that was amazing to hear all the knowledge he had to share. I did feel like we missed out a little because he was explaining things in Spanish to the Spanish speaking part of the group that he didnt translate to English. We booked for an English tour, but we had a mixture of both English & Spanish. So just be aware that your tour will not be solely in English and that you might miss some info if its not completely translated.
It was a fast paced tour, due to having a lot of places included in the itinerary. It was fun tho!

Good introduction to Inca sites - We chose Kantu because we had already booked them for Machu Picchu. This was a tour with around eleven people.
You visit two sites in Cusco, then various archeological sites outside town. It’s a good introduction to Inca culture. Some of the out-of-town sites are a) high b) cold, and c) possibly windy. So dress appropriately, and remember you will have to walk a bit, which can be tiring at altitude. As long as you do remember all this, you will have a great time.

Good Over all experience - Our tour guide (I believe his name with Jimmy) was great in explaining the history associated with the different sites visited. We were surprised that additional charges were incurred to visit some of the sites. Not sure why they did not add these charges to the price of the tour to make it all inclusive. This would have avoided scrambling to convert dollars to soles at whatever location we were at.
We ended the tour by stopping by a store, off the beaten path, that sold "genuine" Alpaca goods. We purchased a few baby Alpaca sweaters after they explained the differences between the Alapca items sold in the markets.

Good City Tour - Tour went smoothly. It’s a good way to get oriented to the city, culture, and history. Just be careful to take it easy. I’m in pretty good shape and do a lot of hikes with a fair amount of elevation gain, and I still got altitude sickness. Looking back, it might have been better to take the tour on the day after our Cusco arrival. Our only gripe was that we needed to exchange money and the money exchange we were directed to ripped us off and gave us an exchange rate if 3.30 instead of 3.73. As often as they do these tours, they should have a better idea of where not to take tour guests to get ripped off.
