Informative and captivating tours - We really liked the tour, especially the attention of our guide Gilmar, who had a very interesting way of narrating his knowledge of each place we visited. We highly recommend it to visit and learn!

Must-have tour to start your journey in Cusco! - Our guide, Adrial, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information about the Inca Empire and Spanish colonization. Despite the pouring rain, he was dedicated to ensuring that we covered all the landmarks mentioned in the tour. This tour was definitely a must-have to start my journey in the Inca Valley. Everything I learned on this tour provided a solid foundation for the rest of my trips to Machu Picchu and other Inca Valley cities.

This tour is a great way... - This tour is a great way to take in some of the historical sights around Cusco and a good way to spend one of your acclimatisation days. Alain was a great tour guide and has a vast knowledge of the sights and the history of Cusco and because it is a private tour it doesn’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cusco.

Absolutely Wonderful City and Archeological Tour! - This tour was fantastic! My guide was Yuber, and he was so incredibly knowledgeable, fun, energetic, and easy to talk to. We first traveled throughout the Sacsayhuaman park, where Yuber shared all about the Inca history and landmarks. After, we headed into the city and walked through some important Cusco squares and cathedrals. I had the best time and highly recommend.

Fabulous tour for the entire family - Our tour guide Aracely was amazing! Even our kids - who weren’t the best behaved on the tour but Aracely took in stride - ended up saying it was one of the highlights of our time in Cusco.

Not a great experience - We were very disappointed in this experience. Apparently they forgot to pick us up for the tour. We had to use our hotel concierge and they realized they had left us and brought the taxi to the second part of the tour. No apologies were made. The tour guide was OK but not extremely informative. we were actually overall very disappointed. Ended up leaving the tour early because we felt like it lasted too long for the amount of information we were gathering. Sorry we would not recommend.

Not an English speaking tour, no return transportation to the hotel - The description of this tour included the words English speaking guide, and round trip pick up and delivery from hotel. Neither one happened. The entire van was filled with Spanish speaking people and the tour guide was surprised that we only spoken English. On the average for every five words, the tour guide spoke, he spoke one word to us in English. He tried his best but it was very difficult with the Spanish speaking group we had. We missed out a lot on the history and culture of Cusco and the Incas. The return trip to the hotel by the van was not offered so we had to walk. This was difficult for us since we had a meeting at a particular time.

Never got picked up as promised - Unbelievable that I would be asked for a review as we were promised to be picked up at our hotel for a 1:00 for a paid tour. We tried to contact the “tour operator” on our ticket but no one ever responded. The hotel desk also tried to call. Very disappointed. Will not likely trust Viator again. I have asked for a refund . Will see how that will be handled
